Dear all,

Grahame M advised me this afternoon that Gala Day has been cancelled for Term 1 and just then I received a text from John Morris saying that it was likely the Friday event was also likely to be canned and the attached email that arrived minutes ago seems to indicate that.

I propose that our Thursday night gathering should now also be postponed to a date to be advised. Hopefully a possible date will be coming through in the next few days – once I know that I will be in contact again so we can alter all our accommodation bookings for the Thursday and Friday.

All a bit of a bummer. Never mind – press on and I will be in touch shortly.

I'm writing to inform you that the Old Yanconians' Union Reunion Dinner for School Centenary 2022 has been postponed. Here's some essential information you may need to know about this change.

Changes to this event

Due to Gala Day being postponed because the NSW Department of Education has informed that there is to be no visitors to the school in term 1, we have decided that we need to align with the P&C decision.

The P&C will be meeting shortly to discuss their options, there are thoughts of maybe September;?we will inform you of that decision once it is made.

You may wish to leave making a decision of refunded tickets until we know more, but for now ticket sales are suspended. You may wish to transfer your accommodation to a new date when it is known.

Getting a refund

The option of a refund is available at anytime.
