2026 Reunion
Hi all,
?
At various times at the last reunion we talked about bringing the reunions down to every two years. That being the case we would then be looking to catch up in a couple of weeks plus 12 months. Long way round for saying 2026 :0) . If you would like to do that, let me know and we can start tossing around some ideas. As usual we'd probably aim for the OYU reunion at Leeton RSL then Gala Day followed by our own dinner that night...probably at the Hydro. If there's enough interest I might try and get in early with the Hydro as we were beaten to most of the accommodation there last year.
?
We had a really good catch up with the local group yesterday here in Wagga with eight of us and quite a few apologies......we aim to have another one in late May over at Narrandera...if you reckon you'd be in the area then do let me know as I have a local email group I send these info emails out to.
?
Oh and happy birthday to Bruce Ingrey today - I am sure we all hope you have a great day
?
John

开云体育?Yes please John. Incidentally, more than a dozen old Yanconians had coffee together in Canberra today. Three school captains, Lamont, Harris and I’m not sure who the other one was. Brian Lamont had about 20 pennants from his days and a heap of photos, particularly First Grade footy from the year when we started.? Our first year dorm prefect Dave Gordon was there. The gathering was organised by my cousin John Morris (pictured below) who was in Canberra for family reasons. Nice morning. 开云体育Hi Grahame, ? Looks like a great catch up. Haven’t seen Brian Lamont since I left I don’t think. If I didn’t mention it we caught up with Stewart Crutchett, Jack Teasedale, Don Dyce, ? Lambe and another guy who I cannot for the life me remember his name. Stewart organises those a couple of times a year. They went on from morning tea to have a lunch and I think Bill Moncrieff was going to join them as he wasn’t able to catch up for coffee. ? Ok …well there seems enough interest in doing something for next year so I will make a start and we’ll go from there. ? John ? 开云体育Morning John, ? Next year sounds like a great idea. All those lights on the road as we were leaving Canberra yesterday morning must have been the Old Yanconians coming in. Had some fun medical stuff on the weekend. Cheers Dave ? From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of John Eyles via groups.ioMorning John
