Right now my fuel tank is full but my fuel lines are bone dry as well as no fuel in the fuel filter. Will the electronic fuel pump siphon fuel through the lines into the carb or do I keep throttle closed but choke fully engaged to prime/pump fuel mechanically
using the starter and mechanical fuel pump?
