The X5105 does not "normally" come with a power lead, but your supplier might have provided one (?).? The provider of yours should tell you about required fusing.? And about a UK plug for it.?

If you have a station power supply at 13.8vdc you already have what you need to charge the X5105. The radio itself should come with a charging cable with proper connector on one end and no connector
