Is your line in/line out set to "on" in the menu setting? Just starting with the simple stuff first!

Re: PC control of X5105 (for FT8, etc.)
Hi everyone, I will show here the way I am active with digital mode with the X5105. The setup is very simple and works perfectly. You can use a PC with Windows 10, or use LInux. In this example, I am

Re: 5105 vs G90 vs RS-918
Bob, I echo many of the comments here about the 5105 vs the G90. based on what you described I think the 5105 is the better choice. The only advantage the G90 would give you is TX more than 5 watts if

For a possible future change of your mind, and for those who didn't notice your 5 watt note, there's some very inexpensive, small SSB linear amps available on ebay and aliexpress. *** 45W SSB

Re: 5105 vs G90 vs RS-918
I've had all three plus others.. 83+, poor eyesight, hand tremors, etc... 1) G90 - tiny screen, small buttons that jam, no battery, no ATU, too big -- SOLD! 2) MCHF - NOT? the clone, small touch

Re: 5105 vs G90 vs RS-918
I have had all three of them. Still have the MCHF and the X5105. The G90 is really nice but the push buttons on the bottom are crap. Most of the tome you need to use your nails to push them. No build

Re: Memory program for X-5105
Nice Dave, I finally tried this with my macBook using FLRig with WSJT-X instead of using the IC-7000 setting in WSJT-X. FLRig worked well. Did you get happen to get power output and SWR indications

Re: 5105 vs G90 vs RS-918
I have all three. What is it you wud like to know? Personally in my opinion the Xiegus are the better of the bunch. The G90 is a fine rig @ 20watts out and internal tuner that will tune just about

I only have the X5105, but I've read about the other 2 models you're considering. The main difference I can think of is the built-in battery in the X5105. The screen size it larger too, I think.? And
