Ephesians 1:9b-11

…He made known to us the mystery of His will…which is to bring all things into harmony and unity in Christ.

The “all” here is the all of everything. Think of this a moment. Everything in union, in harmony throughout all the universe, in heaven and in earth. So my curious mind began listing all the things that are now in disharmony and disunity.

Kids on a playground, at home, in the neighborhood now play in complete cooperation.

Spouses no longer ?disagree but always seek to put the other first.

City residents no longer squabble over who gets what part of the tax pie, recognizing that all benefit from that which is spent.

There will no longer be a rural versus urban split.

No longer will States be divided into red and blue.

No longer will there be political parties who have such differing opinions that violence seems the only answer. They will work toward resolution and harmony.

No divisions between religions will split and divide and splinter. The 40,000 Christians will worship one Christ. Mohammedan, Buddhist, Hindu, Confucian will all bow in wondrous rapture at the feet of Jesus Christ.

No longer will rich seek ever more riches, but will recognize, in the street resident, his brother, his sister and will seek their benefit with liberality rather than conservation.

No longer will Communism and Capitalism strive to control the minds and hearts of the masses of impoverished countries, no longer seek to rule over them.

No longer will nation strive against nation, seeking financial gain by exploiting other nations for their raw materials.

No longer will super-powers strive to dominate and rule, but will live in peace and harmony, sharing in the good earth given them.

The Universe will be healed. No more super-novae, all stars and galaxies and super-clusters will be in perfect alignment, filling each its own niche, in a grand ballet of perfect balance.

No longer will there be any conflict in the heavenly realms. All will be brought into this vast harmonious choir, singing the same song, the same tune, the same melody in one harmonious song.
