Kenwood released their first D-Star capable HT (D74) in Oct 2016. Given the price, it was quite successful. Color screen, full keypad, excellent support for D-Star, triband including 220.

Update: Linking not working on DV repeater
We are scheduled to go up to the South Peak site on Thursday to hopefully
fix the problem. Again, due to a networking problem, the DV repeater does
repeat local RF transmissions but is unable to link
