If you’re talking about the Asahi Windscreen, no I did not. I ordered from WeBike in Japan. The price to order from Amazon was much higher when I ordered mine . It took several months, as I didn’t want to pay for air freight.

Check to see what shipping is for each supplier and go for it. It’s a very good product from a very respected manufacturer.
