Anyone have a problem with oil seeping out of the Gear Position Sensor? ?I replaced the O-ring in it which helped but didn't completely solve the problem? Any thoughts?

If anyone's curious, I replaced the gear position sensor.? Upon closer inspection in better lighting, I noticed it had a crack in it which is why oil was leaking out, so I ordered a new one.? When I replaced it yesterday, it almost came apart.? Not sure how the crack developed in the original one though.
