That is a bit unfair. the accessories I was
thinking of are things like panniers heated grips.. also options such as ABS
& traction control. I believe that the Norge comes in different versions
with different amounts of equipment. The standard GS is still well
equipped.
at least this way you don't have to pay for
equipment or options that you do not want. BTW The low seat option is free if
specified when ordering the bike.
