Howdy folks,

The Kilocycle Club, W5SH will be taking part in Field Day this weekend.

What is Field Day?

You are invited to stop by and visit.? We will be in a configuration very similar to what may be an emergency deployment.

All of our antennas are temporary.? We will be operating our stations from battery power.

We will be operating from hangar 264 at Hicks Airfield.

Hicks Airfield is located at the corner of Bonds Ranch Rd and Business 287.

If you are interested in visiting, and or operating, please stop by. We will be preparing the site Friday afternoon but the

radio operation will begin on Saturday just after lunchtime. and continue until Sunday morning.

If you decide to visit, be aware that you will be driving on the taxiway of the airport.? The speed limit is 15 MPH and you must yield

to all aircraft! (remember, aircraft have no 'reverse').
