One final thing to note.? I noticed that with this ARES group in particular, the name and call in the email varied from the name and call posted in the board.
?
There are profiles for each group that you are a member of, in which you can display a different name for each.? If yours winds up being different for a particular group, the settings can be edited with one additional step.
?
Back on the identity settings previously mentioned, you'll see a menu item that says overall profile.
?
Click this then select the profile that you wish to edit.
?
In there, you will see the same identity settings available and can change your identity to appear differently for each group.? Or in my case, edit the straggler.

The steps from the phone app are pretty much the same.

In the upper right corner, click your photo.
?
Click settings.
?
Select the more menu in the lower right corner.
?
Click identity.
?
Then edit the display name.
