Recovering nicely, able to use my cane w/o falling over. Still need a watchman while I'm in the hospital, something along the lines of a fall risk and liability. ? May go home today, doctor showed up late yesterday so I don't know. Between the Flexerall and Tylenol w/Hydrocodone the pain has subsided considerably and I'm not using the neck brace as much. Though I'll probably use it when I sleep. One of the doctors was worried about my EKG, she said I had an elongated QT wave which, apparently it is a precursor to V-Tach. She said "I'm glad you didn't go into V-Tach on my watch...", frankly I'm glad I didn't either ? . So...that's the state of affairs on my end.Thanks for all the kind thoughts and prayers, hugs and handshakes as appropriate.?Gaylen W. Klein, USN(Ret.)
