Will there be food and drinks supply? Will the post supply food and drink as a fundraising operation? Will the club supply food and drinks as a fundraising operation? Will food and drink be allowed in the building? Can we use the inside tables for folks to set up and sell items and or equipment? Will we charge for table set up’s in building? Will we allow equipment to be checked out in the building. (basic troubleshooting)? Will the building bathroom’s be available to the public? Can the general public park along the residential roads in front of houses. Or should we allow parking for walk in only in front of the VFW allowing trucks and trailers to park in the larger park lot in the back. Will there be door prizes? Things to think about. Without getting input from the Commander, I can say this.

1. The Post is not normally open for business until 11 AM on weekends. Which would preclude the Post providing food and drink. 2. Will the [W0VFW] club provide food and drink? Not discussed at the monthly meeting. 3. Use of inside tables. We'd need to reserve the area in advance from the Post. If an entity were to ask for the area at the same time as us and were paying, they'd have precedence. 4. Checking of equipment within the premises of the Post. Who will do the testing? No guarantee that Carl will be there. If he is a show I, personally, don't see an issue with it. 5. Use of bathroom facilities. Shouldn't be an issue. 6. Parking. Don't have an answer. 7. Weather. From personal experience, no provisions were made at the Derby Radio Shack sidewalk sale other than those made by the venders themselves. I'll be forwarding these questions to the Post Commander and, hopefully, will hear back from him within a reasonable time. T minus 14 days is a short fuse. WARNING: ALL PERSONS ENTERING THE POST CANNOT BRING FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION INSIDE **** NOTE: Alcoholic drinks are not allowed outside the confines of the Post building or patio as this would require a special vending permit that the Post would have to acquire.
