Re: Using TRIACS instead of AC relays with motors and vacuum cleaners
PWM speed control of motors should be easy to test using tthe PWM output of an Arduino, along with air pressure monitoring that you already have. Arv _-_

Testing I2C connection to BMP280
This is the first set of tests, carried out using +5VDC powering an Adafruit BMP280, over 6" and 6 FOOT wires (see explanation inside) -- against a 7 MHz 50 watt ham transmitter with an antenna right

Re: #ExhalationValve #ExhalationValve
All, I am a Tire Design Engineer at Michelin and working with Jim from the above post.? After looking at the failure mode of this valve it looks like the repeated flexing of the tube is what is

Re: #ExhalationValve #ExhalationValve
I still can't get out of my head using an air actuated pinch valve for the this.? ?However this requires a larger ID as the exhalation must pass through the tube instead of between the tube and the

Re: a tip on the bmp280/bm180 pressure drift
That¡¯s because the pressure reading it temperature compensated, If you don¡¯t read the temperature first, it uses a fixed value of 100F¡ Dr. William J. Schmidt - K9HZ J68HZ 8P6HK ZF2HZ PJ4/K9HZ

Backup battery
Dear all, I've been re-reading the specs and considering the "must have" 30 minutes backup battery. The issue had been addressed for sure but in the all this coming and going of messages I might have

Re: vacuum cleaner as ventilator - Part1
Well let¡¯s try that again: bubble it through water and then breathe it and it will be humidified.

Re: High cycle Rainbird and passive valve testing
The BME sensors should be on the human side of the lawn sprinklers. It really shouldn¡¯t see a pressure above 100 cm above atmospheric. That should be easy to seal with. Are you possibly putting them

a tip on the bmp280/bm180 pressure drift
Here is what I found : You HAVE to, you MUST read the temperature before taking the pressure readings. If you don't the pressure reading goes potty. I have added that to my code it works quite well. -

Re: vacuum cleaner as ventilator - Part1
I am putting that in temperature control as well. I have been breathing with this for the last one hour. It dries up the mouth and gives me a kind of a high but that apart, it isn't so bad at all.

Those temperatures look fine!? In fact, it could be viewed as an ADVANTAGE. You will need to have code that checks for overtemperature and warns the user.? ?I would suggest above 38 degrees to warn
