Very cool. There are lot of audio books on youtube, I think Dracula is there, entire Stoker book, I was amazed at the audio books on youtube. They have a lot of Solomon Kane stuff as well.

The novel more hints at the movies, I think, but it's a neat read, being 20 years or so before Dracula it has the historical flare of one of the earlier Vampire Gothic novellas.

My familiarity with Carmilla is limited to the Hammer Horror Karnstein trilogy of movies. I don't know how faithful they are to the novel, but the uncensored versions have their own special appeal.

What did you all think of Carmilla. It was written several decades before Dracula and in my mind even more morally ahead of its time.?for the time. Was a fun read and I've enjoyed the movie adaptations. For further reading here's an article:
