¿ªÔÆÌåÓýHi Lee, ???? I am aware BPQ support VARA. I am looking for some who are
on HF, Call and Frequency. VE2PKT Support VARA FM, but I am 2800milles, since there is no HF on PKT, I am looking for a door to reach him using VARA, to much QRM on 20M for packet to
reach the closest HF station.. 73 Jean

Hi Jean, Ahh, I see, you were looking for BBS's in operation, so Jeff's answer was a lot better than mine. As he mentioned, there are several BBS's using VARA HF that are part of the TPRFN group (
). The frequencies are shown at that site. Besides those, I am aware of the following off the top of my head. (below are the node calls). I'm sure there are others also. Arkansas N9SEO-3 Indiana N9LYA-8, WW6Q-7 Wisconsin KB9PVH-7, W9GM-7 Oregon W7EES-7, W7BMH-7 If you are looking for stations between Quebec and Texas (I assume you are in Texas now or will be very soon), I would send N9SEO, N9LYA, WW6Q, and K7EK (Kentucky) personal packet messages and ask them what frequencies they are listening on. 73, Lee K5DAT |
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýHi Lee, the? TPRFN group ( ). will tell me the band but not the frequency. unless I did not look at the right place. Jean

Hi again, Below is the info from the site. I just realized the SSID is incorrect for my BBS - should be K5DAT-1. 73, Lee K5DAT

I am in the process of setting a link on the W6RAY-4 BBS in central California. I have it all set up, but working some minor issues still to be worked out. I plan to attempt connecting with KQ6UP, and any others. I know of no others on the west coast, except one I saw mentioned in Oregon. Can you please send me a private email regarding our AX25 link issue? 73 de Ray Quinn W6RAY Any typos caused by fat fingers on a tiny keyboard.
