Refurbished Unimat SL for sale.

 

I have a Unimat SL for sale. It has been refurbished. The machine has been completely dismantled and cleaned. The spindle bearings have been regreased. The countershaft roller was fitted with new bearings (the old bearings were no longer usable due to lack of lubrication)
A new tailstock sleeve was installed.?
The lathe chuck was dismantled, cleaned and reassembled with fresh lubrication. All feed spindles were cleaned and reassembled with thrust washers.
The machine is driven by a 24 V DC Dunkermotor.
The machine was repainted before reassembly.
New PU drive belts were fitted.

No, it is not a steel model. It is a Unimat SL. SL stands for Super Light. It is an aluminum-magnesium alloy.
