Quill Feed Gear?

 

I bought this Unimat 3 quill handle and it has this gear on it. Is this a Unimat item for a quill feed drive, or possibly something someone made??

Its the fine feed.

Then the two pieces bolt on to the side of the milling head to provide the fine feed, like this:

Loosening the bolt allows rear of the silver portion to move upwards, which disengages the fine feed gearing.

(On mine a previous owner has epoxied a piece of hex profile stuff into the front adjuster, which works very well actually. Saves an allen key falling out, and easy to use a small spanner on it).
 

I think the small black removeable gear wheel comes with the fine feed, the handle comes with the mill. So someone somewhere is missing the gear wheel for their fine feed.
