I have just bought a piece of 1-3/4” diameter 303 Stainless round stock to make an ER32 ?collet chuck to fit my DB200 Unimat. I have an ER32 collet nut and a full set of 25 ER32 Collets from a 7x16 lathe I owned at one one time and this will work well for my Unimat.

I intend to use the Unimat itself to machine up the tooling. I will post pictures as it progresses.
