Only thing I know of that Yahoo is doing now is email, "News", and advertisements. Haven't seen anything on the group that looks like it's from an AI. Of course I don't look at their "News" or

Ron,
I feel uneasy about having my posts ending up broadcasted on other forums without permission. I don¡¯t know if it¡¯s just a weird suspicion or not. I know I can¡¯t prevent it.

Re: Unimat 3 Mill/Drill Attachment Question
Groups.io is not in any way related to Yahoo, It is a completely separate platform.
If groups.io posts are being paraphrased and re posted on Yahoo they are probably being mined and re posted, perhaps

Re: Unimat 3 Mill/Drill Attachment Question
John, take a good look at Yahoo.
Evert post by Yahoo has a recap of what I am doing as well as what others are doing. That is rather spooky and I think unnecessary. I feel rather uncomfortable that

Dick, you have posted in the group 1,068 times. What, after all those posts, in my response caused you to think it was created by an AI? And if the site is run by an AI, what response did you

Re: Unimat 3 Mill/Drill Attachment Question
I can't swear no one on the group is using AI. I'm certainly not, however. I do post from my cell phone, quite frequently, and do moderation tasks. Spellcheck, despite my efforts to prevent it

Re: IPad for CAD?
Hi Gang:
One thing I didn't mention about OnShape, and other 3D programs, it is much easier to use with a 3D mouse. I use a 3DCONNEXION "Space Mouse". It allows one hand to spin the model while your

Re: Does the Unimat DB200 have Imperial threads or Metric
Hello Dick:
The DB200 is all metric. The lead screws are M8x1 left hand. The small cap screws are M6 and the spindle is M12x1.
0.312" is equal to 7.92mm or M8.
Carl.
