I think I got one imported set from Victor in NY and one set from Harbor Fright locally. triangulas inserts 221 I think They work great on 6061, Delrin, brass and acrylic pen blanks. I do use the A2Z

Seems like one or more on this group has used 5/16" square (8mm) bits and got away with it. These would add a little stiffness to the game. But 1/4" or 6mm square is the standard. Cary

Machine two square blocks that can clamp on the rods. Assemble blocks and rod on your best surface - a surface plate is ideal. That way, the holes will be aligned when drilled. Neil

I think I got one set from Victor machinery in NYC used to be lower Manhattan now Greenpoint brooklyn 5/16 will work on a QC post lowering the tool to the correct height Ed
