When you are reversing the jaws, you will need to switch the 3 and the 1, the #3 jaw will go into the #1 slot and so forth. The #2 stays in the same place. This will allow your chuck to close evenly.

I understand now what is wanted. This part should be able to be produced on the Unimat if a threading attachment is available and a suitable thread master. There are other ways to accomplish this
