Or you could go to Walmart and get a Nordicware cast aluminum griddle.? Obviously non-magnetic, but a lot lighter and easier to machine.

That's got some stick-out on it, but I don't believe it's much worse than the ER25 chuck I built. Looks like it was dialed in very well, too. Mine hasn't been tested yet. Greater capacity of the ER32
