Hi there

If anyone is interested, Kenwood has published an in-depth manual for the TH-D7. It's an comprehensive 183 page manual describing everithng, including close to 70 pages on the programming of the D7. This includes all commands possible and description on how to use them. it's possible to control the D7, not only program the memories like the MCP by Kenwood, but realtime control of the radio. This includes how to read and send APRS messages and list out the recieved stations. Total control is possible.

I include a picture of the new TM-D700, which should be released som time in february 2000. Let's se, if predictions hold up. The list price is said to be 749$.

I have the before mentioned manual in pdf format. It's on the CD that acompanies the PG-4W computercable....
