Uiview setup issues

Greetings

I have downloaded, Uiview (registered), server, installed PMapv9 and followed the setup instructions, although it appears I am unable to connect to a server to receive APRS data.
Is there a resource that I can follow to setup my Uiview to receive the APRS data?

It doesn't look like AD6HS has ever connected to the APRS-IS,
except for with OpenAPRS back in November of 2014.

Have you uploaded the server list? Click on file - download
APRS server list, and change the URL to aprs2.net/APRServe2.txt

You can manually connect by clicking on action - connect to
APRS server, but you can also click on file - Schedule Editor
and have it connect automatically when UI-View starts. Click
on new, select APRSERVE_CONNECT from the drop-down selection,
and enter +1 in the time field. It will connect one minute
after UI-View starts.

In the APRS server setup, select noam.aprs2.net:14580 for the
server. You will need to enter a filter in the extra login
text. Just to get started, and to make it easy, enter
filter m/250 for now. This will work as long as you send
at least one position report to the server. It will retrieve
data for stations within 250 km of your location.

You will of course need to enter your APRS validation number
and enable "APRS server log on required". Set max silence to
1 minute.

Prior to this, which server had you selected, what filter
had you entered, and had you actually connected to a server?

What is your operating system? Are you able to view the
UI-View help file?
