WXData Uploaded

Karl G6ODT

Hi All,

I've uploaded a simple little program to the Extras directory
of one-list.
It's called WXData and is a Windows program that you can
manually enter WX data and it will generate a file called
WX.Dat which UI-View can read to allow you to run a WX
station.
You might want to create and .XTR to make UI-View start
the program at start up. An example would be :-

WXData
WXDATA.EXE
True
True

This assumes the program is located in the Ui-View directory.
if it isn't change line 2 to point to where you have located the program.

Have fun

Hello Karl,

I seen two references now to the "EXTRAS" directory of one list... Is
this a closed (pay) location..? I have tried to find it on One list home
page.. But it all seems to be a closed system?

I am interested in obtaining the Path plug-in Ver: 1.5 L with tracking
feature and also your WX DATA plug-in... How do I get to the "Extras"
directory please???

Hello Allan,
Any chance of being able to enter windspeed in kmph?
Yes I've just added a couple more boxes so you can enter
the speeds in either KMPH or MPH and the values will be
converted between them .EG enter in KM/H and the box
for MPH will have the converted figure added and MPH
converted to KM/H.

Karl,

Many tnx for the very prompt reply, sounds good.

Where can I get the new version? I note the copy in the "extras" folder is
still MPH only.

I've uploaded it again. For some reason it didn't get updated.
You'll now see both MPH and KmPH.

Thanks Karl,

Had a bit of a battle downloading the new file myself - was being cached by
my Wingate Proxy agent.

Looks good now.
