Goto File, then Scheduler Editor
Click on NEW
Set time as +1, and EVENT to APRSSERVE_CONNECT using the drop down box

Auto reconnect is a good thing, but what you are looking for is the Schedule Editor. I don't have it in front of me right now, but click on add and enter +1 for the time

Echolink has a built-in APRS announce feature that can transmit the node's
current status; i.e. in use or available as people connect and disconnect. It
is on the "RF Info" tab of the "Sysop

If you want to see all Echolink objects, use the symbol filter. The symbol
for Echolink is E0, so the filter is s/E0.
