I made no adjustments to the OS.. The only adjustments were to install
UI-View in a different folder than program files, or program files (X86).
I created a folder 'My Programs' at the root

1) UIview will work with any flavor of Windows from Win 98 and 2000 up to the
latest Windows 10. The only advantage Win XP has over Windows 7 is that one

UI-View32 works just fine on Win7-64. That's what I'm running here. I'm digipeating
and an Igate. Runs 24/7 with no problems. Also using Precision Mapping 8.1 for maps.
