This is APRS over the VARA-HF high-performance soundcard "soft-modem" --? not conventional packet.?? The standard frequencies for this mode are
??? 7083.500 KHz USB on 40 meters
? 10148.200 KHz USB on 30 meters
Packet TNCs, either hardware or software are useless for this mode.
