Ken's request was prompted by a situation we have locally where the
randomisation is causing a gridsquare station in one locator square to
conflict with a home station in the adjacent square. In these circumstances
it would be useful to be able to either switch off the randomisation or
adjust it manually.

Yes, but they would then plot exactly on top of each other if there were
more than two in the same square.
