Nappy Home Alone
Hello
My preparations for Austerlitz are nearing completion.
Are there somewhere rules / mechanics for playing large Napoleonic games such as General d'Armee, Snappy Nappy or Marechal d'Empire solo?
I was very impressed by the CoC solo rules in the special, but I cannot make them fit the Napoleonic era.
All the Best

You could come up with a simple card deck full of actions to help keep the other side unpredictable or use a “Nuts!” Style chart essentially giving them behaviors based on circumstances??

Rate each commander by temperament (aggressive, cautious, solid, etc.) beforehand, and use that to decide their actions? On Fri, 18 Feb 2022, 14:35 Angelo Dalessandro via , <ang.dalessandro=[email protected]> wrote:

I am going to use the rating list in Le Feu Sacré for this.

开云体育Don’t hear much about LFS there’s the odd article in Lard magazine but I suppose, understandably the main articles are about sharp practice.?I haven’t really played a large battle Napoleonic game for 35 years.?
I’ve test played Age of Eagles and Brigade Fire and Fury 2 to 3 hour games?
For AoE that is 1 corps per side. But a complete battle (historical) like waterloo on a 12’x 6’ table we just didn’t have the time. But friends in Stoke-on-Trent have been playing it since around 2006.?
This COVID 19 hasn’t helped.?
Britcon in Manchester has moved so no open ancient games to prepare for.?
