How long before we all go goofy...or goofier as it is.

One of the things that amused me with SP2 was how within minutes people were coming up with ways of playing it beyond the rules as written.? For example, Zulu War or Northwest Frontier.? (Guilty, your honor)? How long before we get that way with Infamy?? I know I was thinking about the Late Imperial Romans that I've had since the days of WAB, and my mind was wandering....? This should be fun.

By the way, since I can't find Carry On, Cleo for Region 1, last night the dog and I watched Carry On, Abroad.? Not the same.? But still a friend of Kenneth.

I have a friend that is working on minis to use Infamy for Warhammer Fantasy, I think Empire (Romans) Vs beastmen (barbarians).

I have considered using it for medieval Japan. It would be good for organised daimyo troops fighting ikko-ikki or sohei monks, although Dux Britaniurum / Seven Spears is what I'll be using for now.?

Speaking of SP2 has anyone tried war of Augsburg, 9 years war, war of the Bavarian succession, Hungarian succession.?
Any of the cabinet wars or boundary disputes that lead to bloodletting.?
Even on a smaller scale like the Border Rievers. But in the Palatinate.?

That’s traditional for Naps. This is for Infamy. Using the more Celtic looking war dancers for the war bands.

I'm wondering if the rules could be used for Middle Earth (although right now we're using the very nice Dux mod from Gunnar)

I wrote some mods to use 9YW armies based for FOG:R a few years ago. It is in one of the specials, Summer 2016 one I think, but it is a big change from basic SP. I've revised them since and I sent Rich a copy last year.

Thanks Carole, I’ll take a look. I’ve got some of the magazines on my Amazon App. It’s a pity an iPad can’t connect to a memory stick.?
Although it could be done via a network I think
Computer memory is OK it’s mine that’s shot.?

The iPad can display PDFs if you put them in the 'Books' app on your computer.
There are also PDF displayers available.

I read my TFL stuff through Kindle on my I-pad. Just need to send the PDF to your Kindle account. You can also get Kindle on your lap-top.

If you plug your kindle USB port into your computer, you can drag and drop pdf files straight in there. No need to send emails. If it's a "real" kindle the pictures are monochrome and not great resolution,? but otherwise okay. Text searchable but no annotations.?

Kind regards
