I got mine at Costco and they were not expensive either for a big bag. I add a scoop to my smoothies along with the flax seed and almonds.

I just made my smoothies so having one with some mixed nuts.

She is still active. They are always on the go. He is 86 and she is 84. I don't think they are home much. They go shopping, visiting, out to eat, and they go to B&Bs a bunch.
