I take 8 every morning at this time.? It is?changing all the time here lately with all of this pain.? I also take three steroids a day again and I take one at night.? I call the 8 in the morning my breakfast of champions.?

My calcium pill is huge....like an inch long capsule (I take one both morning and night).
My probiotic is also a capsule ....a medium sized one
Other than those, mine are all regular-small pills....
But I?can still swallow them all at once.? Just took them with my coffee (I don't need to eat food with any of them)

Shawn?has a hard time?swallowing pills.? Even Tylenol....I buy him liquid form.
He used to take his Ritalin ok but it was a small smooth capsule.....went down easy

Oh I don't think I would want that. It had not spread at all so he just removed the lump and 2 nodes and they were clear. I think to have them totally removed it has to have spread more and removable is the only way to stop it i guess. ?I had 12 or 14 radiation treatments ( can't recall exactly ) They pit me on a drug to try to prevent it coming back but after a few weeks I could hardly walk. The oncologist I was seeing said her mom had same cancer and also could not take the med. I would have been in a wheel chair over 9 years by now. Mastectomy is pretty radical......

yes that's what we had but a few years ago ( Troy was still alive then ) they refunded everything if you had paid already. Now the plates don't even have the area indented for the sticker / tag .?

We get a small (like an inch or so square) sticker to put in the corner of the license?plate with the year the registration is due.???
My safety inspection sticker is on the passenger side windshield
My back plate was very very faded (the red letters/numbers) so I needed a new one.
You could barely read them anymore and I could have been stopped for that.
Last year Ron said he could have failed the safety inspection for that but since he is a friend, he let it go....

I am also due for an oil change so Ron (Rick mechanic friend) will just do my sticker and the oil change at the same time.

Actually we see very few beat up cars here, majority are newer cars and ours was not?one of them.......?ours was a 2010 but we have moved up now and that car passed with flying colors when we sold it to Christian.

Safety inspection here is (or was since we not longer do them) $7.30. ? ?Not bad and I didn’t mind paying it. ?After the safety check you have to purchase the sticker for the windshield and that’s where the state earns the money as it depends on what kind of car you drive, what model and year. ? ?Not sure what I paid as I have a two year sticker and the dealership paid it.

Texas no longer required a safety inspection for your car(s). ? ?I am not due until 2026 anyway but now don’t have to worry about that at all. ? They will require a vehicle emissions test starting in 2026 though. ? ?This emissions test depends on the county yo live in but our county will be listed as of 1 January 2026 as needing the emissions test. ? Not sure where we’ll go to have this done though. ??

Not sure how I feel about this as I want my car to be as safe as it can be for anyone driving or riding in my car. ??

Gorgeous here again today. ? ?I love our temperatures as they are mostly in the 80s for the highs and in the 60s at night. ? Most pleasant with sunshine and just lovely days.

Just sitting down now from leaving at 9 this morning.

Went to see the?doctor (well....the PA) about the sciatica.
Luckily he said I have no nerve issues and no weakness
He wants xrays?(to rule out damage to the discs....he thinks I might have done something when I fell)
And a more specialized PT and go back in 6 weeks.
And we will go from there.....

I went and had the xrays since I had on leggings (jeans have metal)
Then I went grocery shopping and to Aldi's
Stopped at the nursery and got?a gorgeous tulip plant?for my sister-in-law (host gift for Easter)

Thankfully Shawn is home today so he could carry everything in.

I put everything away and now I am just going to do nothing.

Yeah, and we have so many Mexicans come up from Mexico to shop here in?
San Antonio and some of the cars… well, not too good of drivers to start with and some of the autos are questionable in my book. ? ?I liked the safety checks. ? ?Wonder if we’ll see more accidents w/o them. ?

Here?it is state by state.....each has different laws.

Here is MA, Our license is 5 yrs and we can do it online.
Car registrations are every 2 yrs and normally can do it online but I needed new plates so I had to go in.
New plates means a whole new registration.
I tried to do it at AAA but needed to go to the RMV
And we have a yearly safety inspection to make sure the car is road worthy.....mine is next month.
I am also due for an oil change so Ron (Rick mechanic friend) will just do my sticker and the oil change at the same time.

Wasn't bad at all at the RMV.??
The wait was only about 30 min and I got to gabbing with a couple people so the time went by fast.

It was a weird day yesterday.....but typical spring in New England.
? High 40's/low 50's but it went from rain to sun back to rain.....
We even had a whopper of a thunderstorm with downpours in the afternoon

I had to go to the registry.? I almost left when I pulled into the parking lot but I am glad I went in....
Only took about 30 min which is great for the RMV......and without an appointment (couldn't make one for what I needed)

My car is up for registration renewal and I needed new plates.....my back plate is all faded and won't pass inspection....
So it was something I had to go in for.
Now I am all set for another 2 yrs.....but the next renewal I can just do online

We used to get a small sticker for the license plate but don’t anymore. ? Haven’t all the years I’ve been home (almost 18 now). ? Just that sticker for the windshield. ? Won’t even have that anymore once mine expires. ? I’ll leave it in there until next year sometime. ? Then remove it. ? Or probably remove it once the emissions test is done as I imagine we’ll have a different sticker to put somewhere (probably inside the windshield) by then. ? ?

My back plate was very very faded (the red letters/numbers) so I needed a new one.
You could barely read them anymore and I could have been stopped for that.

Safety inspection here is (or was since we not longer do them) $7.30. ? ?Not bad and I didn’t mind paying it. ?After the safety check you have to purchase the sticker for the windshield and that’s where the state earns the money as it depends on what kind of car you drive, what model and year. ? ?Not sure what I paid as I have a two year sticker and the dealership paid it.

Texas no longer required a safety inspection for your car(s). ? ?I am not due until 2026 anyway but now don’t have to worry about that at all. ? They will require a vehicle emissions test starting in 2026 though. ? ?This emissions test depends on the county yo live in but our county will be listed as of 1 January 2026 as needing the emissions test. ? Not sure where we’ll go to have this done though. ??

Not sure how I feel about this as I want my car to be as safe as it can be for anyone driving or riding in my car. ??

Gorgeous here again today. ? ?I love our temperatures as they are mostly in the 80s for the highs and in the 60s at night. ? Most pleasant with sunshine and just lovely days.

There is a disc out of line but that is my previous?back issue

The sciatica is totally different.? I get?what feel like lightning bolt pain up the back and down the legs....
Both side.? Sometimes it is so bad, it takes?my breath away.
And once in awhile.....thankfully only once in awhile....
I can't stand up straight......feels like my back is going to snap.? I have to sit and let it pass before standing again.

I wish I didn’t have sciatica. ? ?Haven’t been too bothered by it but it’s still letting me know it could flare up at any time. ? ? I have something going on with the nerves in my right leg now… Pain will shoot up the entire leg (or down the entire leg from the groin area and it is awful. ? This is the opposite side from where the sciatica is. ? It will flare when I get into a lower vehicles on the driver’s side. ? Nothing at all when I get into the passenger side though.

I fought leaning right and left and now have to figure out how to fight leaning forwards. ? I don’t feel my age and don’t want to be leaning any direction right now. ? I normally wear jeans but put leggings on since I knew the Dr/PA would be moving me around
And I figured I'd go and get the Xray while wearing them.....although I did have to take my bra off and wear a fashionable johnnie.
And where I go the Xray is right across the street from where I do my grocery shopping?
It was very convenient.
I will go today to set up my PT

Here?it is state by state.....each has different laws.

Here is MA, Our license is 5 yrs and we can do it online.
Car registrations are every 2 yrs and normally can do it online but I needed new plates so I had to go in.
New plates means a whole new registration.
I tried to do it at AAA but needed to go to the RMV
And we have a yearly safety inspection to make sure the car is road worthy.....mine is next month.
I am also due for an oil change so Ron (Rick mechanic friend) will just do my sticker and the oil change at the same time.
?
Wasn't bad at all at the RMV.??
The wait was only about 30 min and I got to gabbing with a couple people so the time went by fast.

? High 40's/low 50's but it went from rain to sun back to rain.....
We even had a whopper of a thunderstorm with downpours in the afternoon

I had to go to the registry.? I almost left when I pulled into the parking lot but I am glad I went in....
Only took about 30 min which is great for the RMV......and without an appointment (couldn't make one for what I needed)

Emma had moved in with her boyfriends parents but there house is very small so now they have moved to Amys place. They plan to move an hour away this summer. She will get a nursing job there and he has been hired already as a paramedic.

We get a small (like an inch or so square) sticker to put in the corner of the license?plate with the year the registration is due.???
My safety inspection sticker is on the passenger side windshield
My back plate was very very faded (the red letters/numbers) so I needed a new one.
You could barely read them anymore and I could have been stopped for that.
Last year Ron said he could have failed the safety inspection for that but since he is a friend, he let it go....
But I waited until I had to re-register.....didn't want to pay 2 twice since last year was in the middle of my registration window.
