It is another warm day here.? I think late spring early summer is here.? I like spring more but it never seems to last?long.

It is 70 here and supposed to rain at some point.? Nothing new about that.

As I said, doing laundry and dishes today and of course the litter boxes and then I am done.?

Went to see the?doctor (well....the PA) about the sciatica.
Luckily he said I have no nerve issues and no weakness
He wants xrays?(to rule out damage to the discs....he thinks I might have done something when I fell)
And a more specialized PT and go back in 6 weeks.
And we will go from there.....

I went and had the xrays since I had on leggings (jeans have metal)
Then I went grocery shopping and to Aldi's
Stopped at the nursery and got?a gorgeous tulip plant?for my sister-in-law (host gift for Easter)
?
Thankfully Shawn is home today so he could carry everything in.

I put everything away and now I am just going to do nothing.

I totally agree. Once our kids started working they paid to live home even when they were in school. I even started paying to live home at the age of 12. I worked in a restaurant and dad took 1/3 of my wages and any monies I made......?

Yes, they are a bit baggy but not by much. ? Loose fitting pants with the elastic at the bottom and depending on your height, you can pull them way up over your tummy or wear them at your tummy and they are not tight there at all. ? I really love them and you can get them in a variety of colors to suit your needs. ? I have mostly black ones though and wear them all the time. ?Light weight and they look nice on. I babysat but as soon as I turned 16, I got a real part time job.? Worked in the meat room/deli at A&P.
Half my paycheck went into savings and the rest was mine to do whatever but I always saved more (I am a saver)?
Enabled me to buy a car and my first house.
I never had to pay board when I was home.? I was in college and got married soon after graduating.? We bought our house in April....I graduated college in May?and we got married in July....

Went to see the?doctor (well....the PA) about the sciatica.
Luckily he said I have no nerve issues and no weakness
He wants xrays?(to rule out damage to the discs....he thinks I might have done something when I fell)
And a more specialized PT and go back in 6 weeks.

I went and had the xrays since I had on leggings (jeans have metal)
Then I went grocery shopping and to Aldi's
Stopped at the nursery and got?a gorgeous tulip plant?for my sister-in-law (host gift for Easter)

Thankfully Shawn is home today so he could carry everything in.

I just turned 76 so I am pretty close to your age. My parents never drank but always had it in the house for company or ocassions. I think that was mainly because they went across the border on what we called a 48 and then you could bring back alcohol / wine/ or beer plus smokes.

Oh, Duane is sick.? I think he has the flu.? I am staying as far away from him as I possibly can. I had that once and I do not want it again.? The only good thing when I had it is I slept 15 hours a day.? That part was wonderful.

I normally wear jeans but put leggings on since I knew the Dr/PA would be moving me around
And I figured I'd go and get the Xray while wearing them.....although I did have to take my bra off and wear a fashionable johnnie.
And where I go the Xray is right across the street from where I do my grocery shopping?

Just sitting down now from leaving at 9 this morning.

Went to see the?doctor (well....the PA) about the sciatica.
Luckily he said I have no nerve issues and no weakness
He wants xrays?(to rule out damage to the discs....he thinks I might have done something when I fell)
And a more specialized PT and go back in 6 weeks.
And we will go from there.....

I went and had the xrays since I had on leggings (jeans have metal)
Then I went grocery shopping and to Aldi's
Stopped at the nursery and got?a gorgeous tulip plant?for my sister-in-law (host gift for Easter)

Thankfully Shawn is home today so he could carry everything in.
?
I put everything away and now I am just going to do nothing.
49° and partly sunny.? Nice to go out with just a light sweater
