Hubby also had a couple spots and nothing cleared them up until he went to a special doctor and he prescribed a cream and it was like magic. It was super costly but if you have benefits its probably covered. Its called Duobrii it might be worth asking about. ?

Today it is 32 and feels 25.? This weather is making me crazy.

Nothing going on today except the laundry and dishes and dinner.? I have already showered, shaved, and scooped the litter boxes.? I don't really want to do the dishes because of the?spot of psoriasis on my right hand.? I try?not to?use water much when I have a spot that is acting up.? I wash my hands a lot when I cross stitch so the oils from my skin don't?get the material dirty.? I haven't stitched since Friday so I was hoping it would clear up a little by today.? I did work on a diamond dot and actually finished it in a few days.? It was a very small one.? It?is a cardinal in winter.

Anyway, nothing going on today but I do need to get off of here and finish mail so I can get the laundry started.

Well, I am here.? Not really?wanting to be on the computer but I had to pay a few bills so finally decided to check my mail again.? There was a bunch of it.

It is warmer?here today (53) but?supposed to rain.? This weather is just weird.

Nothing going on today except for me looking for a new cross stitch pattern to get started on.? I was working on one for Scarlett for her birthday in May and I finished it in two days.? Now I need something else to keep me happy in the evenings.? You know it is my therapy, right?

I have already done my chores for the day.? Tomorrow Dj is taking me to the eye doctor and then to Hobby Lobby to get a frame or two.? I can't afford them, but Scarlett got me a Hobby Lobby gift card for Christmas last year and I am going to use that.? They are half off this week.

My car is still in the shop getting fixed from where Duane either hit a big white rabbit or a big white cat and did $2,000 worth of damage to it.? We only have the one truck so that is why Dj is taking me tomorrow.? I was jus going to borrow one of his vehicles, he has three, but he said he would just take me and that is fine.? I like spending time with him.? He is my first born.? He is going to be 40 this year.?? That doesn't seem possible at all.

Chris is having surgery tomorrow morning. ? ?He has a tear in the retina as well as the retinal detachment. ? ?Recovery will be long….

I wore contacts for years but not the kind you could sleep in. ? I loved wearing them but don’t care if I have to wear glasses now (I do for reading). ? ?I think I would wear contacts again but the same kind I wore before.

Think from a fall. ? ?Don’t know. ? I just found out he was seeing like through a water drop on Monday or Tuesday. ? Had him at the doctor’s shortly thereafter and had an appt tomorrow but it has been changed to Tuesday now. ? Dr has also changed. ? ?He is an ophthalmologist surgeon and the other one wasn’t and his speciality is retinas!

We are supposed to get snow…. So far only raindrops. ? Cold enough though today.I have my long sleeved T shirt on and my sweatshirt over it. ? I am very comfy now. ?

Chris is going to need surgery on his right eye. ? He has a retinal detachment. ? ?We see the surgeon on Monday morning and imagine we’ll get a date for surgery. ? I have a lot of questions for the surgeon. ? ?

Took Chris’s car in to the Ford dealership today. ? Not sure if it’s the battery or the Alternator which is bad but something is going on and needs fixing. ?I told the fella to fix whatever it is and be done with it. ? ?Chris didn’t want to tell them where he got the car from but they called a few mins ago and the guy had lost all the information he had for us and called DriveTime to get Chris’s phone number. ?So they know where he got the car from. ? ?Anyway, hoping they will have the car ready to go shortly as he has to be in Austin for work by 4 pm. ? He has an eyepatch we just got so he can cover and protect his eye. ?

Chris decided not to go in today at all. ? ?He will be here at least through Monday or later (depending on surgery date).

We all need to get up and move more than we do. ? Of course, you walk every day (or just about) so are doing very well. ? ? As tired as I am after two full days of going and doing, I am happy I got up off my duff and did things. ? ? Trying to figure out something to do today. ? Maybe more laundry?!

It is currently 58 out there so another nice day until the rain starts.

Nothing going on today for me.? I did do my kitty boxes and I do have dishes to do but I will do them later on before I start dinner or while I am working on dinner.

Last night I took a pain pill because?my whole body was hurting for some reason and I don't mean just from age, I mean it was hurting.? My feet were?hurting so bad that I dreaded getting up to walk every time I had to get up and do just that.? In fact, they still hurt.? Not sure what is going on, but I don't like it one bit.

Since I took the pain pill, I refused to cross stitch.? I didn't want to screw it all up.? Instead I started a very small diamond dot picture.? It is of a cardinal.? I didn't do much on it, but it is started.? That makes two of those I have started and two cross stitch projects I have started.? One of the cross stitch ones is a yearly project.? I am stiting whatever the temperature is at noon here at home every day.? Holly used to crochet temperature afghans so I am now going to do stitched ones every year in her memory.

I have only been in one Michaels and it wasn't very nice at all.? It was completely disorganized and dirty.? It was not around here and no way I would go back.

We have Hobby Lobby and Joann's, until it closes.? We have had others but they never stuck around.??I could look around in Hobby Lobby for hours but I usually only buy thread and frames there.? I only buy the frames when they are 50% off which is every other week.
?
I am going to stop in Joann's tomorrow to see if their thread is on sale and maybe get some but not much.? I want a few skeins of the same color to do a yearly project I?want to start but I want to make sure I have enough of the same?color or colors of thread.?

My car is still in the shop getting fixed from where Duane either hit a big white rabbit or a big white cat and did $2,000 worth of damage to it.? We only have the one truck so that is why Dj is taking me tomorrow.? I was jus going to borrow one of his vehicles, he has three, but he said he would just take me and that is fine.? I like spending time with him.? He is my first born.? He is going to be 40 this year.?? That doesn't seem possible at all.

Beautiful Sunday morning. ?Temps are so pleasant right now and I enjoy being outdoors except……

Ok. ? Here’s a laugh for you….
I was outside and decided to check on two small shrubs I thought were dead. ?Now, we have a tiered back yard. ? I stepped down (not easily by the way) to the tier they were on and checked them out. ? I am hoping they will come back as so much of them are not dead. ? So, I go over to where I came down. ? I can’t get up to the next tier… So, I am walking around on the tier I’m on and cannot find an easy way to get out of my predicament. ? Back I go to where I got down. ? I finally sat down on the next tier stones and turned around so I was now sitting on the ground on the highest tier. ?I still couldn’t get up. ? So, I scooted on my butt to the?
“Stairs” which are stone and rocks… I got from the top tier to about ? down on the rocks by scooting and lifting myself with my arms. ? I finally got to the first tier and thought that I had found a place where I could get over the side stones sticking up. ? I managed to pretty much sit half on and half off the one flat stone I found and rolled over the rest and was laying on my left side. ? Rested a bit and then sat up (very painfully as I’m extremely sore from the last two days of working in the garage and pulling weeds) and scooted to the very first wall of the tiers. ?I had to rest again so laid down on my back as Kodiak was kissing my face (he stayed with me the whole time and Grizz did pretty much as well) and then sat up (again, painfully) and put my legs over the top stones and scooted my butt onto them and sat there. Finally, stood up and came inside. ?I told Marc he needs to look out back now and then and then told him my story. ? Needless to say, I now have a sore butt to go with my lower back, legs, arms and hands. ? I feel as though I’m so darn old I’m classified as a real antique and am ready to be put on display in a museum. ? ?Haha. ? ?Feeling miserable.

So, join me in laughing with me. ? I must have traveled on my butt at least 50 ft. ?I ache everywhere now. ? ? ?That’s my today story and I hope not to repeat it ever again.

It is not cheap.
Cost me $25.00 for the wash
But they do such a good job.? Once all the snow is gone and the roads are dry....

Hubby always does it by hand. Last time we went through a car wash we were in Newfoundland and he took the car in for a grease and oil and the dealership took it through the car wash right there.
