Luckily he said I have no nerve issues and no weakness
He wants xrays?(to rule out damage to the discs....he thinks I might have done something when I fell)
And a more specialized PT and go back in 6 weeks.
And we will go from there.....

Then I went grocery shopping and to Aldi's
Stopped at the nursery and got?a gorgeous tulip plant?for my sister-in-law (host gift for Easter)

Thankfully Shawn is home today so he could carry everything in.

Went to see the?doctor (well....the PA) about the sciatica.
Luckily he said I have no nerve issues and no weakness
He wants xrays?(to rule out damage to the discs....he thinks I might have done something when I fell)
And a more specialized PT and go back in 6 weeks.
And we will go from there.....
?
I went and had the xrays since I had on leggings (jeans have metal)
Then I went grocery shopping and to Aldi's
Stopped at the nursery and got?a gorgeous tulip plant?for my sister-in-law (host gift for Easter)
?
Thankfully Shawn is home today so he could carry everything in.
?
I put everything away and now I am just going to do nothing.

I tan very easily....always did.....not sure why.? I am of French descent....not known for their ability to tan  ? I get a nice?tan just from my walks every day and I do sometimes like to sit at the park and read.

I've been going out with half my teeth missing.
I don't care.? I wasn't even doing my volunteer work but that was stupid so I did go the past few weeks when they called.

Went to see the?doctor (well....the PA) about the sciatica.
Luckily he said I have no nerve issues and no weakness
He wants xrays?(to rule out damage to the discs....he thinks I might have done something when I fell)
And a more specialized PT and go back in 6 weeks.
And we will go from there.....

I went and had the xrays since I had on leggings (jeans have metal)
Then I went grocery shopping and to Aldi's
Stopped at the nursery and got?a gorgeous tulip plant?for my sister-in-law (host gift for Easter)
?
Thankfully Shawn is home today so he could carry everything in.
?
I put everything away and now I am just going to do nothing.

Luckily he said I have no nerve issues and no weakness
He wants xrays?(to rule out damage to the discs....he thinks I might have done something when I fell)
And a more specialized PT and go back in 6 weeks.
And we will go from there.....

Then I went grocery shopping and to Aldi's
Stopped at the nursery and got?a gorgeous tulip plant?for my sister-in-law (host gift for Easter)

Thankfully Shawn is home today so he could carry everything in.

I put everything away and now I am just going to do nothing.

I do tan a bit but I end up with tan lines. I should sit outside in a tank top or tube top to get a tan all over but so far I haven't done it. I thought about a tanning bed for this wedding to give me some color but with this cancer scare not so sure I will.?

I wore a mask when I went shopping at first and then said....
They hell with it.? I don't know these people.....
Even people I know.? Who cares?!?!

Even my jeans are tighter on the thighs....they are not loose by any means.
I like the loose skin I have to be snug.....just feels better when I walk.
I wear straight leg jeans....I hate bootcut.
Even when I wear a dress, I wear bike shorts underneath.? (so I guess I do wear shorts  ? ) For 2 reasons....
Keeps the thighs from rubbing (the main reason ) And for the snugness on my thighs.

I did wear a bathing suit before Rick passed.? When we babysat, we often took Charlotte to the beach and I wore a bathing suit...
It was the skirted kind but still a bathing suit I actually had 2 of them....
Sold them last summer ?
And I always wore a bathing suit when we went to Florida....
And that was before my weight loss surgery.

Loose fitting pants with the elastic at the bottom and depending on your height, you can pull them way up over your tummy or wear them at your tummy and they are not tight there at all. ? I really love them and you can get them in a variety of colors to suit your needs. ? I have mostly black ones though and wear them all the time. ?Light weight and they look nice on.

Went to see the?doctor (well....the PA) about the sciatica.
Luckily he said I have no nerve issues and no weakness
He wants xrays?(to rule out damage to the discs....he thinks I might have done something when I fell)
And a more specialized PT and go back in 6 weeks.
And we will go from there.....

I went and had the xrays since I had on leggings (jeans have metal)
Then I went grocery shopping and to Aldi's
Stopped at the nursery and got?a gorgeous tulip plant?for my sister-in-law (host gift for Easter)

Thankfully Shawn is home today so he could carry everything in.

I put everything away and now I am just going to do nothing.

I agree with you ?that we have to be comfortable with ourselves. ?At the same time, I am embarrassed by my unsightly body¡. I have plumb arms so never wear t-shirts out shopping and I won¡¯t wear shorts either. ? I don¡¯t even own a pair of shorts. ? ?My capris ARE my shorts. ? I have to look neat if nothing else or I won¡¯t go out. ? I have to be comfortable. ?I am trying to lose some weight (not because I have to but because I want to) so I am a bit healthier than I am now. ? ?I want to look my best without being overly concerned about it. ?Not for anyone else but for myself. ? ?I think Donna probably feels that way about herself as well. ? ?I can¡¯t speak for her so am speaking for myself only.
