Hubby always does it by hand. Last time we went through a car wash we were in Newfoundland and he took the car in for a grease and oil and the dealership took it through the car wash right there.
We have always done what we could for ourselves........

I have my yearly eye Dr appt this month.? I see a ophthalmologist since I am diabetic.

I used to wear contacts years ago.? I wore the kind you could sleep in but I wore them longer than I should have....
They?were supposed to be changed like weekly and I went much longer.
Eventually it would have affected my vision and the Dr made me stop wearing contacts at all until my eyes healed.
I stopped and never went back to them.?

Think from a fall. ? ?Don’t know. ? I just found out he was seeing like through a water drop on Monday or Tuesday. ? Had him at the doctor’s shortly thereafter and had an appt tomorrow but it has been changed to Tuesday now. ? Dr has also changed. ? ?He is an ophthalmologist surgeon and the other one wasn’t and his speciality is retinas!

We are supposed to get snow…. So far only raindrops. ? Cold enough though today.I have my long sleeved T shirt on and my sweatshirt over it. ? I am very comfy now. ?

Chris is going to need surgery on his right eye. ? He has a retinal detachment. ? ?We see the surgeon on Monday morning and imagine we’ll get a date for surgery. ? I have a lot of questions for the surgeon. ? ?

Took Chris’s car in to the Ford dealership today. ? Not sure if it’s the battery or the Alternator which is bad but something is going on and needs fixing. ?I told the fella to fix whatever it is and be done with it. ? ?Chris didn’t want to tell them where he got the car from but they called a few mins ago and the guy had lost all the information he had for us and called DriveTime to get Chris’s phone number. ?So they know where he got the car from. ? ?Anyway, hoping they will have the car ready to go shortly as he has to be in Austin for work by 4 pm. ? He has an eyepatch we just got so he can cover and protect his eye. ?

Chris decided not to go in today at all. ? ?He will be here at least through Monday or later (depending on surgery date).

It was pretty mild this morning but turned colder this afternoon. ?
Well i had a bank appointment but forgot what time so i was there when they opened and they fit me in. I came back home and after lunch I walked over to get the mail and my check was there.........woooooooohooooooo Finally after 2 years. They did pay me interest so I right away ran to the bank with it before Trump took it back.....lol

Nothing going on today for me.? I did do my kitty boxes and I do have dishes to do but I will do them later on before I start dinner or while I am working on dinner.

Last night I took a pain pill because?my whole body was hurting for some reason and I don't mean just from age, I mean it was hurting.? My feet were?hurting so bad that I dreaded getting up to walk every time I had to get up and do just that.? In fact, they still hurt.? Not sure what is going on, but I don't like it one bit.
?
Since I took the pain pill, I refused to cross stitch.? I didn't want to screw it all up.? Instead I started a very small diamond dot picture.? It is of a cardinal.? I didn't do much on it, but it is started.? That makes two of those I have started and two cross stitch projects I have started.? One of the cross stitch ones is a yearly project.? I am stiting whatever the temperature is at noon here at home every day.? Holly used to crochet temperature afghans so I am now going to do stitched ones every year in her memory.

Okay, I need to finish mail and then maybe do the dishes or maybe fold my clothes and wash towels.
