I run a coaching company, helping people around the world build body confidence and heal their hearts. Market experts have said to me that I need to focus on pain to help them, to enroll them. And I have created some success by efforting, trying. But I would love more joy and fun and ease in the process. I also have some fear sometimes that if I stop this old approach of efforting, that money won't come, that everything may fall apart. Would you be able to please guide me on how to release those beliefs and feelings, and have faith and trust that I can just have so much joy and fun, without having to talk about that pain all the time, and still create success, or potentially even more success than I already have. Thank you. A: You started out by appreciating that we are a light in the world. And we want to say that to you, too. Everyone is where they are. And as a teacher, you are meeting them where they are. And finding some resonance with them. In some cases, matching their expectation. You're leading them more and more and more to what they are wanting. Gonna tell you something about this physical exploration. You're doing a good job and you're on the right track in so many ways. We wouldn't stop doing what you're doing. But we would dovetail into your philosophy, and it will seep into your action as well. That no one can sustain, long term, anything that doesn't feel good. And pain does not feel good. And so let your message to anyone who is trying something new be, that the discomfort is temporary as you’re calibrating to something that you're not accustomed to. In time, as you focus with the expectation of the results that you want, they will come more and more and more easily to you. And in doing this, you yourself will find yourself emphasizing the pain less, and the good feeling more. We know that you, especially you, heard exactly what we said there. A lot of people believe that there is no gain at all without pain. And we go along with it to this extent. Without knowing what you don't want, you cannot know what you do want. So what you want to do is help these people find their extra agility, or their extra stability, or their extra strength, with less and less stress and strain, by combining what you're doing with the power of their own thought. You're a teacher of vibration too. You're teaching people with vibrational bodies, who are emitting vibration. We've enjoyed this conversation this day, more than any that has come before, because it is more on the leading edge than anything that has come before. That's part of it. The intensity of you knocks our socks off. Everything that you write, everything that you want, it is so beautiful. And it is delicious to us because we stand in the place of hearing your desires, knowing that you have them. And when you calibrate to the best feeling you can find, to the best feeling that you can find, to the best feeling that you can find, in time you will meet your inner being and us there in that knowing. And then your money will be there, and your lover will be there. The fruit on your trees will be there. Your desire to continue living in this magnificent expanding environment will be there. For a deliberate creator it should be clear that no outside conditions, no outside manifestation - to be with this person, to have this house or this work or whatever - is going to be deeply, deeply the root of happiness. I mean, it's only the relationship with our inner being that would allow us to be happy, to goofing off, to have this inner permission to be ourselves, and to be just what we are. Yeah. If you could elaborate about it… Yeah, thank you very much. A: Did you hear what you just said? Did you hear what he just said? Now he said something, kind of a common expression… But in the context of everything that he was offering here and all that we are all talking about, he said the house or the relationship or the whatever is not the root of happiness. Not the root. No, it's not the root. It's the manifestation. It's the fruit. It's the branches. It's the flower. Feel it. So what is the root? What is the root of the happiness? What is the root of it? Well, the root of it… If we were standing in your physical shoes, we would decide to call our inner being’s collection of all of the stuff that we've been launching into the rocket, we'd call that the root. Meaning, let's call it the physical beginning of the physical manifestation. It's the root of the physicality that's going to turn into bigger and bigger things. We can say this better. There's a vibration that's the root of a thought. And there's the thought that's the root of a word. And then there's the word that's the root of a conversation. And then there's the conversation that's the root of a relationship. And then there's the relationship that’s… In other words, things are becoming more, and more, and more, and more, and more. So, how does this vibration turn into all of this magnificent, material, see it / hear it / smell it / taste it / touch it, manifested life that you have? The word root… If we were standing in your physical shoes, we would call the root… Start again. Knowing what you don't want is the root of knowing what you do want. Doing it a lot is the root of the vortex that you've built. But you have built the vortex. If we were standing in your physical shoes, we wouldn't go so far back to “I know what I don't want / I know what I do want” and call that the root. Because that's contrast. The rockets of desire, and your inner being focusing upon them, that would be the root that we would be focusing on, because that's the feeling place that we are reaching for. Our inner being is secure. My root. Our inner being is sure. My root. My inner being is loving. My root. My inner being is wise. My root. My inner being is fun, and thrilled, and interested, and eager. My root, my root, my root, my root. How does my inner being feel? My inner being is love. My inner being is appreciation. That's the root of all happiness. And once you get good at finding it, no matter what's going on, then that root of all happiness turns into lovers, and fortunes, and empires, and ideas, and businesses, and beauty, and beauty, and beauty, and beauty of all kinds of manifestation. Esther's Morning processes
Hi, friends, A lovely person asked me in a private email: I'd love to know what Esther's morning processes are. Could you please tell me where I can find this information. Thank you very much. I remember hearing them talk about it, and I seemed to remember that Abraham said Esther does 10 processes in the morning. I am pretty sure they said meditation and positive aspects and maybe focus wheel, but I don't remember the rest. Does anyone else remember more clearly? I have looked but I can't find a quote anywhere that covers that, nor remember which Abraham live they talked about it in. I'm hoping someone else here who is listening regularly can remember and tell us. Abraham, if you were in our physical shoes, how would you enjoy the evolution of your desires? Thank you so much. A: If we were in your physical shoes… Now that's a statement, a phrase that we throw out to you often. If we were in your physical shoes… And the reason that we say that to you so often is because we are wanting you to first, relax that you get to be in your physical shoes. It's an honor. It was a choice. It is a choice. That's why you're still here. The baby rhinos too. You are here by choice. When we say, “If we were standing in your physical shoes…,” we are usually pointing you toward the focus that we would take from right where you are to where we know you want to be. We are considering - and this is what your inner being always does. It considers everything that you've launched into your vortex. It considers what that vibrational reality is, IS - not what it's becoming - what it is, what you've already created there. And what you have so far allowed yourself to enjoy or to experience in fuller and fuller and fuller manifestations. From the early manifestations of a feeling, to the more evolved manifestations of conversation about it with others, to the more evolved, more fleshed out manifestations of insights, ideas, experiences. To full-blown things happening in your life experience and you connecting the dots, understanding that your focus is what has brought it about. You said, “I'm going to come into the contrast, and by knowing the lackful end of the stick I will be able to formulate or see more clearly the wanted end of the stick.” And then, this is the part we want you to hear. This is the part that if we were standing in your physical shoes, we would be wanting to extrapolate from this conversation that comes from this platform every single time that you hear anything coming forth from us. This is what if we were standing in your physical shoes, we would be looking for. I want to feel the deliciousness of the expansion of my experience. I don't want to quantum leap over there. I don't have it, and then bam! I have it. Bam! I have that too. Bam! I have that too. That’d be a lot to contemplate, and very little time to experience the pleasure of it. Without the relationship of its absence, its presence would be meaningless. Without the presence of what it is, its improvement would be meaningless to you. It's the expanding. It’s the calibrating. Here's two more great quotes from last weeks workshop! Thanks, Marsha! Love and hugs, Connee Abe Now, 2/12/25, part 1, 18:45 – Experience Matches Vibration Q: Hi Abraham. In the last broadcast you said something really interesting. So once we maintain our connection with our inner being, so we're just focused on the wanted particles or on easy existing matches… It doesn't matter what's going on around us, we can still be in that love frequency and still be dominantly attracting what we want. So we almost can't be experiencing what we're not vibrating. Is that correct? So, I may not even notice what's going on around me, even if other people are seeing it as being unwanted. Because if my focus isn't there, like I'm just not feeling it or seeing it. Like my focus is elsewhere. Just wondering. And maybe you meant something different. But would just like to hear your thoughts about this. Thank you. A: That was a powerful, important, and accurate statement that you made there. That you cannot experience something that you are not vibrating. And so, that means if you're vibrating in a really good feeling place, you will not experience unwanted things. Not if you're really solidly there. But it also means if you are in a bad place, that that is what you will be experiencing. In other words, it always matches. We want to call everyone's attention to that phrase. Because there are a lot of things that a lot of you are asking about, where you are not taking ownership of what you are actually offering vibrationally. And yet, it is really the only thing, it’s the only thing that we want to talk to you about, because it is the only thing that you have control over, or that affects everything that comes to you. Nothing comes to you, occurs to you, you can't pick it out of a crowd, or you can't pick it out of the chaos, if you're not vibrationally matching it. And so, let's just say in advance of everything that we're going to talk about here today, that if you can think in terms of everything that comes to me is coming in response to the way I am presenting myself vibrationally as I step into - as I do in every segment of my life - as I step into the field of attraction. So, for those of you who are wanting to be more deliberate, and more positively affect your moment-to-moment experiences, it would be helpful if you would think in terms of preparing for your step into public. Prepare for it before you step into the public. Before you get into your vehicle, vibrationally prepare for it. And of course, most humans are not very good at that, at doing it on purpose. Most are letting the circumstances and events that they are observing be the reason that they are offering the vibration that they are. And so most people just perpetuate what they observe. But you're very wise as a deliberate creator when you realize that you can find a feeling place. A lot of you asked questions about this feeling place that we talk about so much. We want you to find a positive or good feeling experience. Because your emotion is a very early manifestation. Your emotion in that very early stage represents what you are doing vibrationally, how you are presenting yourself to the field of attraction, just like the field of gravity. It's going to have its effect on you, its consistent effect. So, we'll talk as we move forward. We would really like it if today during these hours that we are together, you can accomplish these things: I want control of my point of attraction. Because my point of attraction is everything that I experience, from emotion right on out to relationships, right on out to how I am treated in public, or in traffic, the way the cells of my body cocreate with each other. loved this one I saw on Facebook today. L&h, Connee Q: I was listening to a tape and you made a statement that there is no suicide.... Abe: Well, actually what we said is [all deaths are].... Q: That's right, [all deaths are] suicide. That's right, that's right. Abe: All death is that because everything is self-created. Q: Okay. Well, I had a question...I recently got married and my brother-in-law, he passed away at 39 years old very unexpectedly and two days after Thanksgiving. And it was just a shock to everybody. That day he was going to a concert with his girlfriend, they were going out to dinner. (Very choked up.) He was very happy, talked to everybody. And then he was gone. Abe: Well, not really. Q: Well, yeah. So, you know, I'm part of the family but I'm new to the family, so it's been hard for me to watch everybody else in the family, [and] my wife, deal with it. And I was just wondering, like, I really believe that he is in a better place, you know, he chose that, and that he's up there. And actually when I was out running one morning I had a conversation with him (choked up again) and he told me to tell them a few things, and I felt a little resistant at first, but I did tell the parents what he had said, you know, "Don't worry, everything's okay." And it was really some things that he would have said, so I know I was connected to it. And I guess my question is, is there anything I can do to help them with this? Abe: There are so many things that we're wanting to give you around this subject. We're going to go right to the heart of it because we think you're ready for it, and that is: you still believe that death is a bad thing. It feels like something that shouldn't have happened and something that if there had been any way that we could have prevented it we would have, and something that has gone wrong. And part of the reason that powerful teachers that are in conscious concert with others like you, who are other powerful teachers…in other words, the reason that someone this young and this vital does something like that is to assist all of you in understanding that there *is not death*. There are a number of things…it's hard for you to hear, but we're going to really go after this because we think if anyone will hear it you will. We can feel the intensity of your desire and yet you're not in a place of such closeness to it that you can't hear what we're saying. Physical beings have treated the subject of death as something not wanted and something inappropriate for so long, and yet you have yourselves in an impossible [position]…this is something every single one of you are going to experience. How do you stand pushing so hard against something that is so inevitable? Do you feel the absurdity of that? And the best way that we can...[help you] hear this maybe in a different way is to say to you: in this Universe that has at this basis only well-being, how could something as abhorrent as you think death is even exist...? And what it is, all that what you call death is, is your ultimate pinching yourself off from Source. In other words, it's sort of like every bad dream you've ever had, every negative thought you've ever had, every reason that you've ever used as your excuse to not allow energy to flow in this moment sort of culminates into the great subject that you all call death. That's how big and bad and ugly and awful this subject is to you. And it's an interesting thing for us to get our thoughts around because it is something that doesn't even exist and it is the thing that you all use to not allow yourself to live. In other words, the circle of this complex subject is... (brief pause to search for words) very funny. (Laughter.) It is very funny to get a look at it in this way, you see. When you understand that you are eternal beings…in other words, you walk into this room, you all come willingly and yet you have not committed your life to being in this room. Abe Now, 1/29/25, part 2, 22:33 – Life Experience is convincing Q: Abraham at the San Diego workshop you said something almost in passing about evoking or attracting something different from people that you'd had trouble with. And it resonated because I was really dreading having to return for six weeks to a town I'd been pretty glad to leave. And then when I got there, I found that I needed to share a house with a person with whom I’d had a particularly painful encounter just before leaving. But between deciding to be happy, looking for existing matches, and watching intention versus opinion, it's been rather amazingly harmonious. So words don't teach, but life experience sure is convincing. So thanks. Much love A: We appreciated your explanation of your experience. And how surprisingly, when you think about it, improved it was, because it was so different than last time, because of the things that you started doing in the meantime. But our favorite phrase that you offered, or maybe that has ever been offered… Because we've been saying words don't teach, it's only life experience that teaches. But you took it to another level. You said, “Life experience sure is convincing.” Oh! That phrase explains what beliefs are. Life experience is convincing. So as I'm observing my life experience, I'm emanating a vibration that is attractive in nature. And I'm attracting the life experience of my belief. That's why you keep thinking the thoughts that you keep thinking, because life experience is so convincing. And now we're talking about how to get out ahead of that convincing life experience with a convincing emotion, that if it feels good, it is. I can focus and feel good, or I can focus and feel bad. Convince yourself of that before we meet again. Convince yourself of that, all of you. Convince yourself that you can feel good or less good. You can feel better and better, or worse and worse. Convince yourself of that. That's what you want to convince yourself of. Because when you start at the root of that, the root of how everything happens, now you're off and running. Abe Now, 1/29/25, part 1, 1:03:23 – Receiving mode Q: Hi Abraham. I want to thank Esther for sharing with us her morning processes. They have been so incredibly helpful to me and have really gotten me through the last couple of months, and just really given me a stability and a focus on what I do want, which takes me to our question. I want to ask you about receiving. And the thought of my being receptive and receiving the guidance from my inner being is an exciting one for me. And I believe that my receiving comes in the form of knowing. I have these thoughts that just feel really clear to me, and they seem like really good thoughts. They feel like my thoughts, but they seem like really good thoughts, and I think I've received. So I know that some people hear and see things, and I haven't normally done that. But I wondered if you could talk more about how I could become more aware of how I do receive. Thank you. A: Just know that when you are in the receiving mode, it feels good. Knowing feels good because it’s the answer to something you've been wondering about. If it feels good, you're in the receiving mode. That's all you need to know. So we want to talk about this. So as we have talked about for the last few minutes… And there was a particularly good segment, where many of you were right there with us in that loving mode. So whether you're just feeling satisfaction from the warm water of your shower, or just exuberance for the exhilaration that this little dog is showing you, or amazement at how a rainbow can just suddenly appear and be that spectacular, or how clever what your friend just said was… Come on! Timing, perfection. So find any of those feelings. Find any of those feelings. Focus on the feeling. Milk it a little. Hi, friends, Thanks, Marsha, for another wonderful quote! Abraham rocks! Love and hugs, Connee Abe Now, 1/29/25, part 2, 15:17 – Lack Consciousness Q: Hello, I'm going to talk about lack consciousness today. On the December 11th broadcast, you said to a person who had had their credit card hacked that you know more clearly now that you don't want the feeling of lack in your consciousness. Later you said, “You do not want financial lack in your consciousness.” And then yesterday on the livestream from Los Angeles, the whole last hour you had someone in the hot seat who was experiencing lack consciousness. It was a very helpful hour with a lot of energy movement of, instead of being stuck focusing on lack and what is out here, and what's happening, turning toward what's in your vortex, what you actually do want. And I am finding I'm being able to do that more and more. When I feel that nervousness of what lack causes, I can stop, quiet my mind, and then I can turn toward the vortex, and because there's no lack there, tune to that. And I'm being able to bring myself into that more and more easily. Would like to hear more about it. Thank you. A: You all have been living life for a while. And you've been reacting to a lot of things, and you've been told a lot of things. And you've come to believe a lot of things. And what you believe is what comes to you. And you’re witnessing variety of all kinds of things all around you. And it's a cluttered, chaotic, Human experience, if you don't approach it from the stable perspective of vibration. And friends, the only way that you can really understand vibration is if you accept that it's something that you feel. Something that you feel. Your feelings are what indicate to you how you're doing in terms of your point of attraction. There's only feeling good and feeling bad. And stronger and stronger degrees of both. But that's it. It's not like you have a million things to consider in every moment. It's just, can I reach for something that feels a little better? Someone was talking about making their way up the emotional scale. And for a while on this broadcast, we played that game where we started at the bottom and sort of felt our way up. And there is productivity in that. But what it really comes down to… This friend that you were talking about who was in the hot seat was displaying a bit of contradiction. Sort of complaining about, or worrying about - it's a better way of saying it - worrying about how income is coming, the volume of it, and where to find it. And then when we started from that place, he would say, “But everything's going good. Everything's fine.” And so, he had not nailed down in any true fashion what he was feeling. And so, it did take the better part of an hour. We talked for quite a long time in (the) San Gabriel Los Angeles event about attraction of abundance. Then he said a very clarifying thing. He said, “I'm living in a motorhome. And it's paid for. And I have enough money to live quite a while at different parks and to travel and get around.” So he wasn't experiencing any true lack in the moment, just worrying about future coming in. And it pointed out how so many people approach money. It's like, I have to do something to get it. And often you feel that it's struggle and sacrifice. And once you get it, then it's going to diminish. So you got to keep getting it - in other words, in and out, that's logical. But so often with thoughts about finances, the feeling place that most have is one of not enough. It's a sort of lackful… I either don't have enough, or I'm worried about what I've got, that it won't last. And so what we said eventually to our friend… He has tried to shrink his life so that he can afford it and have the freedom that not having a lot of payments on a lot of things brings, so that he can do less to earn less to spend less. If I do more, I'll earn more, then I can spend more, and then I can have more, is a human mindset. But if I have less then I need to do less because I can now spend less. Alchemy 1/29/25
Thanks again to Marsha for this inspiring quote! I so love Abraham's message lately! Love and hugs, Connee Abe Now, 1/29/25, part 1, 51:10 – Alchemy Q: Hi Abraham. I would like us to talk more about that love frequency that we have access to, and that our inner being doesn't deviate from. So do we all have access to a different version of that love frequency, because we all have our own individual vortexes? And so is each individual somewhat a different expression of that love source energy? And also, the statement that you say we can be, do, or have anything that we want… So is there this like alchemy that our inner being has, this instantaneous alchemy of energies? And then if we have momentum and focus, we too have access to that potential? So I’d just love to hear your thoughts about these things. Thank you. A: We want to begin by saying yes, you do have access to that potential of all of that. Yes, yes, yes. And we liked your word, alchemy. We liked you putting alchemy, which sounds like liquids, together with vibration, which is something different. But it's all calibration, isn't it? It’s all calibration. It’s all matching. So let's talk about… Well we talked about it before your video appeared. We talked about those emotions that are in the vortex, those emotions that your inner being is. And we defined comfort, and love, and passion. You can feel the difference in all of them. And it is a subtle difference in momentum, for sure. All of them containing no resistance. So let's just play with this a little bit. So, you talked about the love frequency. So let’s focus in on a love frequency. And… Esther met people on the elevator yesterday, the day before. And they had a little dog that was beautiful to see, covered in fur. But the little dog was so in love with life, that Esther's focus on this little dog took her right there. This little dog loved Esther so much and wanted to come to her. And the man who had the leash was not letting her come to Esther out of courtesy for Esther. And Esther said, “Is it all right?” And Esther went to the dog. And the appreciation that Esther felt for the dog, and that the dog felt for Esther… Esther just put her hands into the fur of the dog, and the dog just wiggled and wagged, and did her best to lick. And it was, it was love. It was love. Now, when you think about love for your child or love for your baby, it's like love, but it's a variation on that, isn't it? To some degree. Or when Esther thinks about - she used the word love – “I love this rainbow.” It’s a different variation on it, isn't it? So, what you're really getting at here, is that the frequency, the vibration, the alchemy – oh! good, good words - of alignment demonstrate or manifest with such a variety of deliciousness. And that's what you're talking about. In other words, the love vibration in and of itself is one of comfort, and happy where I am and eager for more. It is the feeling of Well-Being. It's a feeling of never-endedness. It's the feeling of eternalness, there's no lack in it. In other words, have you ever loved a moment and not wanted it to stop? Well, you lost your purity and clarity in that. Have you ever been with someone who is so glad to see you, and then spends the whole time complaining about how you never get together? In other words, those are different frequencies. And you get to that confusion by trying to find words, and trying to convey words, and trying to get people to understand words. But love, love… Think about silent sexual interchange. Think about that silent, emotional, vibrational sharing. That's different than the loving of a rainbow, isn't it? Or that feeling of clarity, that feeling of worthiness, when things click for you. Unrelated people that don't know each other, all seeming to line up in an attitude of harmony, harmonic matching of you, because you harmonically matched the energy of your source. Hi, Friends, More Abe fun, thanks Marsha!! Love and hugs, Connee Abe Now, 1/29/25, part 1, 36:54 – Uber driver Q: Hi Abraham and everybody. So I wanted to share with you a little story, something that happened this week. I went to a concert with my friend. And on the way there, I took an Uber. And I really liked the driver, he had an amazing energy I felt from him. And I gave him a larger tip than usual. So I told my friend about it, and my friend said, “Why give the money to a young man? Why not give it to a needy person, an old person?” And I was like, I don't want to do that. I want to give the money to someone who doesn't need the money. So after that, we went to the concert enjoyed everything, and I won a lottery at the concert. And I got like a flash snake. And here it is, actually. I want to show you. It's very, very cute. And I didn't expect it. There were a lot of people. So it's like the Universe saying, “You are doing great. Here's a gift for you.” A: We are so happy to chew with you on this subject. It's going to open up a lot of financial doors for a lot of you who are listening in. So now follow this story, but follow the feeling of this story. Our beautiful friend here was in an Uber, and she was appreciating the wonderfulness of this driver. She tuned – sort of like the video before - she tuned to feelings. She liked him. She felt happy there. She found that frequency. You know what else is there? The frequency of abundance is there. So it follows completely that when you feel like that, that what would flow from you in all ways - your words, your actions, your abundance - would match those feelings. Nothing else makes any sense. Now let's play with the other side of this, just for clarification. Let's say you were annoyed. Let's say that you noticed that your vehicle was not clean, or that it didn't smell good, or that you found some sort of fault, like some sort of criticism in some way. So, without meaning to, you tune to the feeling of lack, lack of cleanliness, lack of friendliness, lack of something. So it would follow then that like your friends were encouraging you, “Why don't you give your money to someone who needs it, to someone who's old, or somebody who's lackful?” That would follow, wouldn't it? When you feel that way, then that would follow, wouldn't it? Oh! Often Esther will offer something to someone that she feels like you did. And they'll say, “Oh, you don't need to do this.” And Esther will say, almost 100% of the time, “I don't need to do anything. I do what I want to do, what I like to do, what feels good to do.” And of course she doesn't go into the seminar mode. “Well, it's all about my point of attraction, and I've got energy flowing.” She just demonstrates, as our friend just demonstrated. You are demonstrating all day long without meaning to, and often it feels like you can't stop yourself. You're demonstrating how you feel. You're demonstrating the frequency. You're demonstrating your relationship or lack thereof between you and your inner being, all day every day. It's really nice when you understand this. You can start by finding the feeling place of love and abundance. And then you just demonstrate that, because the law of attraction makes it demonstrate-able.

Butterfly sign - Abe Now 1/29/25
Hi, friends, Here's a quote from the most recent workshop, thanks Marsha! Love and hugs, Connee Abe Now, 1/29/25, part 1, 32:17 – Butterfly sign Q: I would like to share a quick story about what just happened. I moved to my Dad’s house. And I felt a little bit overwhelmed. So I asked my dad for a sign. Maybe in the form of a bird, because I heard birds are easier from nonphysical to manipulate or send as a messenger because they’re flying around and more flexible. And as I walked in, I kind of got an impulse to listen to some music, and that helped to raise my vibration. And suddenly I saw something flying around. And it wasn’t a bird, but it was a butterfly. And the beautiful thing about the butterfly was that when my dad died, me and my grandfather were reading a poem that shortly before his transition he read, and there was a butterfly in the room, in November. And now I have a butterfly right here, in December. Isn't it great? So, I told you about the butterfly story. And I thought wouldn't it be cool if he would sleep right next to me? And look where this butterfly decided to sleep - right next to me! And this is even the coldest area of the house. A: We are appreciating your story, and the enthusiasm with which you shared it with all of us. And we are wanting to clarify one thing. It means almost the same thing. But you didn't manipulate… You don't manipulate a bird or a butterfly. You don't manipulate anything. Because nothing is manipulated. Nothing is manipulatable. There are cooperative components and those that are less cooperative. But when you get on the frequency of something, other beings that are on that frequency, then cooperate with you. We really like how long, how much momentum is exemplified in your story. Your father who is now non-physical, being interested in something - part of that momentum. You reaching for a feeling of him - part of that momentum. You knowing about the law of attraction - part of that momentum. And the thought, maybe a bird because I've heard that there are cooperative components and birds are easy to attract, because first of all, there are so many of them, and they are on that pure positive energy frequency. You've heard us tell that story. Exactly right. And then the law of attraction brought to you, in the vicinity where you are, through the path of least resistance or the path of most allowance, something tangible to confirm the momentum that you were already on, but didn't realize it until the confirmation confirmed it in such a wonderful way. Closing of 1/15/25 workshop
Marsha has done it again, thanks, Marsha! Love and hugs, Connee Abraham Now, 1/15/25, Part 1, 56:56 – Closing Q: You have often said that every particle in the universe contains both wanted and unwanted. So you've got these two ends of the stick every time, what's wanted and the absence of what's wanted. And our vortex is the culmination of only the wanted parts of the particles that we have identified of things that we want, and our preferences. So by isolating our focus and only focusing on the parts of the particles that are wanted, is this how we are a match to our vortex? So is this how we can have an undeniable point of attraction? Thank you. A: We want to overlay… We really liked everything that you said, and it is all accurate. We want to overlay the presentation that you offered with this way of looking at it. You're absolutely right. It's only the wanted that the vortex holds, because it is only the wanted that your inner being is focused upon. What did we just tell you is the reason for everything that you want? It's for the way that it feels. And all those feelings that we are describing of satisfaction and interest, it’s all that bundle of words that equals the frequency that is who you really are. The best word we can find for it is love. Appreciation is a close second. They're so close in vibrational proximity. So hear what we're getting at. Your inner being focuses upon the feeling of everything that you are asking for. This is your doing. You caused us to say something that we've never said before. We've danced around the edges of it. But your question brings it into full light. Feeling good is the reason for everything that you want. And if your inner being is the epitome of that feeling good, your inner being is the culmination of all wanted, which is some version of that love. Then you focusing on the feeling of love, or on any of those feelings that feel good, causes you to be a vibrational match to everything that's in the vortex. And everything that's in the vortex is everything that equals that love that you want. You see, in other words, what we're saying to you is if you frequently find the feeling place of love, then you’ve found the reason that you wanted that that you put in the vortex, and that, and that, and that, and that, and that. The car that you want is for the satisfaction of the comfort and the ease and flow. In other words, everything doves together when you realize that it is right that you feel good. It is right that you get what you want. It is right that you be love and that you are love and that you feel love. And you can call it whatever you want. But your inner being will not deviate. Your inner being’s range of vibration is right there. It's right there and will never deviate from it. And so, wouldn't it be easier for you - we're asking you this - to let the emotion or the feeling place of the vortex be what you're shooting for, rather than the car that you can't figure out how to get? You can always find an easy existing match, if you're looking for an emotion. It’s a shortcut friends. You can always find an easy existing match. Esther saw that mirror hanger for the Montessori school, and it transported her to an emotion that she so often felt as she was there at that beautiful place, on those beautiful grounds, with all those beautiful people that were doing all that beautiful work, and seeing all those beautiful children. In other words, there just isn't anything about that, that doesn't feel like love to Esther. And what we're asking you to do is approach your life a little differently for a while. Because when you're asking for something that isn't in your life right now, you might stir up trouble for yourself. But if you're looking for an emotion that we know for sure you can find, it’s a faster route to the bandwidth that you must accomplish in order to let in the things that you want to let in. Friends, we want to emphasize as we wrap this up right now, that you can't get it wrong. That where you are is never wrong. Because it's not wrong to be in a step one moment.

Momentum of fire
Hi, friends, here's another great quote from 1/15, thanks, Marsha! Love and hugs, Connee Abraham Now, 1/15/25, Part 2, 33:17 – Momentum of Fire Q: Hi Abraham. I usually feel really good, and sometimes really amazing. But at times, I can feel really down, really depressed. And in those moments I think I will never be happy again. So my question is how to catch it earlier. Do you maybe have any suggestions, any advice for this? And also, if you have any other advice for me on how to feel better more often, because that's the only thing I really really want. Bye. A: Well then you are really on the right track. Because if feeling good is really really the only thing that you really really want, then everything's going to work out really really well for you and you're going to have a lot of fun in the process of it. You know about momentum. You know about how a little spark can get bigger and bigger and bigger, and attention to it can make it a raging wildfire. That's really on a lot of your minds these days. And these thoughts are the same. But the thing that we want to talk with you about, the thing that makes that not a good analogy for where most of you are standing, is because sometimes the momentum is already raging before you decide to be deliberate. And then it's harder because the momentum is so strong, you can't buck your own current. But we know for sure that if we can get you to understand how this Universe works, and if we can help you to understand what the law of attraction is, and then we can point you to understanding what your emotions are and why they feel the way they do, then maybe you will be more willing to not try to solve a problem. Because you can't think your way out of it. But instead, you'll reach for a feeling that feels better, even if that means let that problem rage on right where it is for a little while. Do you know you can have raging fires, raging fires moving toward unwanted in your life experience, and that you have the capacity to look at something that is an easy existing match to feeling good? And that you have the ability to focus there, and the law of attraction after 17 seconds, 16 /17 seconds, 16-ish / 17-ish seconds, will bring you another thought and another thought, and help you with momentum toward what is wanted. And that you can start another fire, so to speak, off in the direction of wanted, at the same time that the other one seems to be burning. And that as you give your attention with the help of your inner being to the wanted, that the wanted one will take on more momentum. As you give less fuel to it, the other one will dwindle and peter out altogether. That no matter how raging the unwanted is, no matter how sick they say you are, or how poor you think you are, or how much money you do not have, or how your lover has not been around lately or maybe ever. That it does not matter how much momentum you have been giving to the unwanted. That in this moment, you have the ability - you do - to change the subject with the intention of finding a subject that just gives you a little relief from whatever degree of discomfort that you've been feeling. And in the moment that you find a particle of relief, you have changed the direction of your attention, and the law of attraction will help you to make it dominant. So that prosperity can be dominant, not shortage. So that well-being can be dominant, not sickness. You are invincible. You just don't know it. You are worthy. You often just don't know that. We're speaking to the masses, the hundreds of thousands of you who have written to us over time, and video’d to us over time. Who have no idea how easy it is to shift a thought, and just stay there long enough that another one like it will join it. And then stay there long enough that another one like it will join it. There's a situation that I was dealing with this morning. And I asked the universe for help, as I do. And later I saw that the sun was so bright, as you can see behind me, and I just wanted to be outside. And I sat in nature. And at one point, I had an urge to just bask in the sun, and it felt so good on my face. And then I decided to take my shirt off. And it's freezing. It's 31 degrees Fahrenheit. And and I stood there with my shirt off, just basking in the sun. And at one point I realized I could pay attention to the sun heating my body, and it felt so good. And I could also pay attention to the breeze chilling my body. And I realized that I had a choice of where to focus. And when I focused on one, it felt good. And when I focused on the other, it felt not good. And I realized, I think, well that's my answer, how to focus. And it's everything that you've been saying. And I was wondering if you could speak more about that. You always clarify things for me. Thank you. A: We like what you're presenting here. And we like that you discovered that you could find comfort or satisfaction in the same environment, depending upon the way you decided to think about it. That's really big. Because what that is acknowledging is that while you cannot control in every moment the external environment that you are driving in, or walking in, or existing in, you do have the ability to accomplish satisfaction through focus. And the more you focus when it's easy to feel good, the more you will have control of your bandwidth, to the point that you can really get to the place where you can focus yourself into the point of attraction that you wish, no matter what's going on. It is really an unconditional experience. I do not need to control the condition in order to feel the way I want to feel, in order to accomplish the point of attraction that will serve me. And one day, yesterday, when it had stopped raining and the sun was coming up, I was inspired to look out and there were these two really thick, bright, bright double rainbows. So I went out onto my deck and I took a photo. And normally when there's, you know, rainbows or things happening on the ocean, you see people stopping on the beach to take photographs. But nobody was stopping to take a picture of these two really, super thick, bright bright rainbows. And I thought to myself was that just for me? I'm so worthy that only I could see these rainbows. So I'm curious what your thoughts are about this. Thank you. A: We're going to put a little different spin on it than you did, because everyone is so worthy that they deserve to see the rainbows. But everybody wasn't asking, maybe in the same way that you were, and everybody wasn't allowing in the same way that you were. What we… In other words, don't get competitive about your worthiness. Because there's enough of everything for everyone, and it exponentially expands. We know that's not really what you were going at. But it is what you said, and we do want to clarify that for you. She's so much fun. And I really love the way she smells things. She really takes her time to bask in the appreciation of something. Or she tries to find something that captivates her own self-interest, and I really love that about her. I'm just wondering how we can learn from our animals in this sense, in regards to having a stronger instinct, and what that would mean for us. Because it doesn't seem like she's just smelling something. It seems like she's emotionally refueling herself, calibrating to Source energy, or tuning her vibration as she smells. So I would love to know what your thoughts about this are Abraham. I love you guys. A: We like this question so much because yes of course she's calibrating to her inner being. But can't we also say she's enjoying that sniffing? In other words, she would not… Start again. It would not be accurate to assign a motive of alignment or empowerment to that. She sniffs around because she likes it. She sniffs around because she likes it! She's not trying to change the world with it or teach you anything. We've been saying for a long time that when you watch the little ones, or you watch the beasts of your planet, they are demonstrating everything that you need to know about being a deliberate creator. Humans want to superimpose over the animals, and we get why. And we know she fascinates you, and we understand that too. But she is smelling for the pleasure of it, and getting all of that other benefit. And if we could just convince you all to focus for the pleasure of it, not for the purpose of trying to make something happen… If you could feel worthy like your cat does, so you weren't trying to justify by being the best at something, you could take more pleasure in the moments because that's what your inner being is doing. We've tapped into something big. And it's gonna be, of all of the things that we did talk about already today, and that we will continue to talk about, this is going to be the one that is going to trip you up the most, because most of you do things for other reasons than because the pleasure of it fuels you. And that's the point that we really want to help you to get to. You've been convinced that you're inappropriate, or inadequate, or unworthy. And so, so much that you do is trying to compensate for that. And if we could just cut through that compensation, and just acknowledge that it feels good to feel good. So now, this matters. This next thing that we're going to say to you is important for you to take it in before you're going to even be willing to smell something because it feels good. We're talking about your inner being, who is Source energy, who is pure positive energy, who holds no resistance, who is pure love, who is goodness in every sense of the word that you mean goodness. So when we say your inner being feels love, and then we say to you zoom in until you find something that feels that good, now we are encouraging your calibration to that which is goodness. Now feel this. Feel how it's flipping in you. You cannot harm someone and claim you did it because it felt good to you, because you harming someone is not something that would ever feel good to your inner being. And so, if you are doing that, you are not in alignment with your inner being. You haven't explored your relationship with what feels good, and what feels gooder, and what feels gooder, and what feels less good. That's what this conversation is all about. We're wanting you to teach yourself how to calibrate to the frequency of Source energy. And we're saying to you that your emotions are the key to getting there. It's big.

Quick experience we had some time ago. My six-year-old great nephew wanted to tell his mom a bedtime story. And he just said, you know, you’re probably not going to want to hear this, but it happened a long time ago, so it's okay. But they were in an accident, and they hit a horse and they died. Well, that's how my brother died over 40 years ago. And we're just curious if you have any thoughts on how my six-year-old great nephew would have come up with that story, and thought to tell his mom that story. It's almost like he might have been there 40 years ago when my brother passed away. So, be curious what your thoughts are on that story. Thank you. A: Well, whether he was there or not, and the reason that we are equivocating on that is because that part of it is not relevant. But when we say to you, your inner beings are aware… In other words, let's not try to make it about him and a past life. Let's make it about him tuned into his inner being who is all-knowing. Let's make it about him in a moment, zooming in, really zooming in, really zooming in, for the purpose of soothing, feeling better. In other words, there's more to this story. Why would a six-year-old be wanting to soothe adults about the subject of death? Hear his words. This happened a long time ago and it's okay. But this and this and this happened. Of course, of course you all have access to all kinds of information. People wonder about that. We think it is a wonderful thing that in this conversation with all of you about zooming in or zooming out… So was this six-year-old zooming in, or did he zoom out? What was his emotional attitude as he was telling the story? Matter of fact. This happened. It's okay. Just speaking the facts. Not emotional. It's okay. Happened a long time ago. It's okay. You all have access to infinite intelligence. The reason that you're in these bodies, and the reason that you don't remember all of these things from past lifetimes, is because the specifics of all of that would overwhelm you. Now, stay with us. We're going to take some time here. Because this question and this answer are going to bring a lot of what we've been talking about together here for you. It's going to bring you to a really strong point of clarity about who you are, and how you fit into the larger scheme of things, and all of that. So just sit back and relax, and just take this in as best you can. You are an eternal being. The lives you've lived, and the things that you've come to know, and the things that you've asked for, and the contents of your vortex are impossible to give enough credence with words. Who you are is so much, and so wonderful, and has been coming about for longer than you even understand time to be. We want these words to help you feel the magnificence and magnitude of who you are, who the inner being part of you knows, that you have forgotten, and you're trying to catch up with it now. So now come back with us to the first part of this hour today. As we were talking to you about the details of your life. Last week, we talked about the number of messages that are coming digitally, or the number of phone messages that are coming, or the number of people that are calling you, or soliciting. The number of requests that people are making on you, the vastness of your life. The impossibility of focusing with any pleasure on the enormity of all of that. Your life experience here and now. Now add to that everything that you've ever lived. Do you really want to have all of that on your mind too? You don't. You knew you didn't. That's why when you came into this physical experience, you didn't bring all that memory with you. But you do still have access to the vortex contents that were born out of all of the life that you've lived. In other words, you did a lot of loving in all those lifetimes. Happy New Year ! Love and hugs, Connee Abe Now, 12/18/24, part 1, 16:58 - Empowerment Q: Hey Abraham. What a broadcast yesterday! Wow! Really knocked my socks off. The emotion that I came away with was empowered. And this morning in doing my processes, I focused on finding the feeling place. I focused on empowerment, which is up at the absolute top of the scale. I've never done that before. Usually I get up to eager because I’m really, you know, eager about things. But empowerment, oh my gosh, it felt so exciting! And I was thinking that it's really myself up front, right? In every moment I'm the one who's deciding what I'm focusing on. I'm the one who can choose. And it just felt amazing. So thank you for that broadcast. I felt like it was exceptionally clear, simple and focused. And I had the image of a mid-air refueling with the jets. Anyway, thank you. A: Several of you videoed in and wrote in about the positive impact that last week's broadcast had. It was the 12/11 broadcast. Many of you have it in your library already, since there are many who repeat these broadcasts. But if you are listening new here and you're wanting to benefit by the clarity of that you can find that in the store – 12/11 is what you're going to hear a few people raving about it. So the empowerment that you felt came about because of one simple phrase that one of you solicited from us. We introduced it into the conversation. And the phrase that we introduced into the conversation is vibrational fueling. Focusing for fuel. Focusing for… What is that fuel? That's what empowerment is. It feels like clarity. It feels like knowing. The majority of people - especially those who wrote in, rather than videoed in - are not quite ready for the intensity of what some of you are asking for here. When you write in and you want to know how can I get this person to love me, or how can I get my business to do better? While these are legitimate questions and we welcome every one of them. What we really want to draw you to wondering about for yourself is, how can I empower myself? Say it better. How can I focus myself into a moment of attraction power that will please me? How can I control my point of attraction? Because that's what it all is. Yes, it is you up front. It's you deliberately offering a vibration that will give you back what you are wanting, which leads us to a very important statement. This is one that you'll take away from this broadcast. When you spend attention or focus… Hear it the way we mean it. When you give your attention to something, when you focus, when you spend it, that's when you get back what you've paid for, so to speak. You give your attention and you get back the vibrational equivalency. So, when you give your attention in the way that you're inner being is giving attention about the same subject, that's where that fueling you comes from. In any moment in time, you can replenish your fuel or you can deplete it. And you can tell by the way you feel which of those things you are doing. You'll hear more. And what I just love about it is the simplicity of finding a focus that feels good. And I wanted to tell a quick story. A day before, I do woodworking and I made this beautiful purple heart staff out of this purple wood. And then when I was done I got an urge to pick it up and look at it again. And I stood there staring in awe at this piece of wood. And I couldn't believe how beautiful it was, the way it reflected the light. And the way that the color is refracted off of it, and the contrast. It was just unbelievable. And I just realized that's it. That's the focus. There's nothing more to think about. There’s nothing more to worry about. Just find something in the moment that feels good. A

New quotes, Reindeer, Nature and Breath
Marsha gave us two more from 12/11! YAY! Love and hugs, Connee Abe Now, 12/11/24, part 2, 26:03 – Reindeer Sweatshirt Q: Hi Abraham. So I'd like to share a very magical experience that I had today. In the morning, I was just walking to work, and then I saw this beautiful sweatshirt. And I was like, I should buy it, it looks so pretty. So I went into the shop, and I tried it on, and I did not take it off anymore. And my day keeps getting better and better. And up till now, I came back home, and it's like 10, 11 PM at night, my day kept getting more cool and exciting. So then I was listening to the podcast, to the previous podcast about focusing the feelings. And I realized that’s it. From the moment I wore this, it gives me such a feeling of beautiful and gorgeous, that I just keep having those experiences. So I want to let you know, if you have any more tell me. A: Well isn't that just what we've been talking about? Some could argue that’s conditional living. In other words, saw this, bought it, and this condition is the reason that I feel good. Well, that's accurate. It’s also accurate that she saw it, was drawn there to see it, loved how she felt when she saw it, put it on, loved how she felt when she was wearing it, and then by continuing to wear it, continued to savor that good feeling. And that good feeling continued to be the primary reason for her point of attraction for the entire rest of the day. We don't think that there are any other words or any better demonstration. She didn't complicate it by comparing it with everything else she'd ever worn, or with how much it cost in relationship to how much everything costs. She didn't complicate it by wondering how other people feel about reindeers on red jackets. She just purely adored it. And that's what we're talking about. And you have to find those things that are the easy existing matches for you to adore. Or for you to find interest in. Or for you to savor. In other words, there are all kinds of ways that you can be in a state of alignment by observing something beautiful, or even by remembering something beautiful, or delicious, or interesting, or fascinating. Thank you everyone co-creating with me here. I'm absolutely loving how simple this message is becoming. I feel like it's distilled down to this potent, easy to implement, action of connecting. And my way of connecting at the moment is to focus on nature. And it's everywhere, so I can do it at any time, which is amazing. And I'm really getting a sense of how abundant, and how much well-being there is in the natural world around me. I find it amazing to connect to. I also really valued how you talked a few weeks ago about the breath being a communication to our body. I'd love to hear more. A: Well both of those subjects of nature and your breathing are about what we've been talking about today. It's about reining in the chaos and focusing more simply. When you talk about nature, it’s what someone said earlier in the broadcast about simplicity. It's about what's natural. It's about harmony. It's about living in the now. It's about emotional, vibrational focusing. Esther was telling a friend last evening about she and Jerry being at the duck pond at Biltmore Estates in Asheville, North Carolina. And while it's called the duck pond, they think of it as their geese pond. Because they sat there for hours one afternoon… Esther was writing the beginning or ending of one of the books. And Jerry was taking a walk and then joined her in the car. And it was just about time for them to leave. And they noticed that there were many, many geese on the water. Geese on the duck pond. And then one goose started kicking up a sort of ruckus, raised his head high, and was making a sound. And several gees

Happiest of seasons to all of you! Marsha, my go-to is to always remember that if what I’m feeling does not feel good, then I’m forgetting all that I am and my greater Spirit perspective. Emotions are merely indicators of what we’re thinking and the meaning we are putting onto something, right? What meaning were you putting onto their arguing? Since it didn’t feel good, and even seems to still be lingering, it seems to be coming from the smaller aspect of who you are rather than your Whole Spirit perspective. So, hmmm, what are some possibilities for how Spirit might be not only perceiving this, but experiencing it (since we are each Spirit experiencing itself in human form)? Here are some ideas that come to me as I breathe, relax and expand into it: Spirit “speaking” here: “What fun to be in the midst of the creative, developmental chaos of being a teenager! This stage of seeming chaos and contrast is part of my growth and expansion! I’m sorting it out.” Try this: This family’s souls came together into life intentionally. I wonder what we will each be learning through all of this carnival of life. This moment in time is only a part of a much bigger picture/movie playing out. I love a good drama! Such rich, diverse characters! I think Source likes playing in it, too! Contrast is a necessary part of the creative process, like the messy, artistic process of molding clay. I like thinking about what these beautiful souls will be like in their twenties and beyond. Surely this is just a phase, and it is not all that they are. There are times when they are not arguing, too. (List positive aspects.) Each moment is a new opportunity for you to perceive and create newly and to be more and more of your whole, greater Spirit-Self.
