Q: As far as when you¡¯re in Nonphysical form, besides, let¡¯s say, living or experiencing life through the Leading Edge of this, are there other activities? Well, for example, you¡¯re very funny, you make me laugh, and you made everybody laugh. Do you laugh? Do you have conversations? A: We don¡¯t laugh in the way you laugh because most of laughter is the element of surprise, and when you know everything, you¡¯re never surprised. (Now, that was funny) You¡¯re still trying to do it, aren¡¯t you - you¡¯re still trying to get us to acknowledge a difference in you. The only difference that we will ever acknowledge in our physical friends is that you go into deep, dark, vibrationally negative places that we don¡¯t go. That¡¯s the only difference. When you are in your most joyful state, we¡¯re right there with you. Q: What about the perception of individuality? Do you perceive yourself as Abraham as an individual, or as just one Source, one Universe that we¡¯re all connected to? A: We do whatever pleases us most in the moment. Sometimes we back up and we feel the oneness of everything in the Universe, and the love is so big that it is satisfying on levels beyond description. Sometimes we bask in the deliciousness of one single flower, and feel the perfection of that which it is. Sometimes we watch a troupe of ants moving from one place to another, and we revel in the perfection of their knowledge. Sometimes we watch mankind in its confusion, and we bask in the clarity that will be coming next. We can focus as broad or as deep or as narrow or as specific or as general as we choose to in any moment in time. What we like best is focusing through one of you in a decisive moment when your life causes you to go to that new place where we immediately go. And do you know why we like that best? No one¡¯s been there before. This Leading Edge conversation has never taken place anywhere, any time - we have gone beyond that which has been before - and it is satisfying beyond verbal description. What's your vibrational offering?

Love and hugs, Connee Abraham Now 11-15-23 1:49:16 If you really pay attention to what you evoke from others, you can get from that way, and only in that way, a clear understanding of what your vibrational offering is¡ Do you know what causes so many people to not be a vibrational match long enough, and therefore not have absolute awareness of what the law of allowing is, what the path of most allowance is, what the path of least resistance is? Here is the bugaboo. Humans, we love you so much, are not consistent enough to get a strong, clear reading. If you were always negative, and everything about you and your life was terrible, you¡¯d connect those dots with a little bit of information from us. If you are feeling great and in love with life and mostly offering, mostly awarenessing good feeling things, so good feeling things are mostly, primarily, in fact pretty much only what you¡¯re living, you would connect those dots. But it¡¯s your inconsistency that keeps you not sure of what really is going on. In other words, I want this but¡ There are so many things you want that you don¡¯t allow. And so many things you don¡¯t want that you do allow. And you¡¯re watching other people and you¡¯re not taking the time to deliberately identify a feeling, deliberately isolate that feeling through focus. Focus and feel, focus and feel, focus and feeling, focus and feel until you¡¯ve got a consistent offering of a vibration that you can feel, and then you see the vibrations coming in that match it, that is the only way that humans can get a clear view of how this Universe works. Because when you¡¯ve stepped back, from your point of view, which is the only point of view that will give you any accurate feedback. ¡°I thought this and I thought this and I thought this for a long time and I felt that way for a long time and this is what comes as a response¡ In other words, you have got to think on purpose, so that you can feel on purpose, and then you can take not of what you¡¯re getting back on purpose, And then you know. Abraham Now 11-15-23 2:15 ? When I looked at and felt the word freedom, and I thought of any number of infinite thoughts that we have access to. Infinite. All the thoughts that have ever been thought that we also might add to¡ At any moment, I can choose any thought from all of those [infinite thoughts.] It was really interesting because that incredible feeling of freedom opened me only to really good feeling thoughts. I didn¡¯t have any effort to make. Abe: So that¡¯s because, from where you were standing, from where you were vibrating from, the Law of Attraction could only yield to you other things that were like that. So while all thoughts are potentially there for you, the vibration of where you are limits what can come in any moment in time. The Law of Attraction is consistent, and precise and accurate. And constantly responsive. So if you think about what you are deliberately practicing, musing, pondering, and you¡¯re doing it with the intention of activating your point of attraction, and then you¡¯re noticing what your point of attraction bring back to you, Ahhh! Invincibility is the game you¡¯re playing for sure. Freedom. Yeah!

Hi, friends, Yet another awesome workshop this week and my friend Marsha transcribed these two segments that were particularly powerful. Love and hugs, Connee *Abe on cancer diagnosis - 11/15/23 15:01 (beginning):* A: Several of you, in fact a larger percentage than usual, wrote in this week especially, and last week too, about some medical things that you are living. And so we're doing something that we have not done before here today. We're going to show you a video from a few weeks ago. It was the October 25 broadcast. So we'll start with this question and answer. And then we'll talk to you a little bit about it. Let's start with that Mark. Yes? *video from 10/25/23:* ** Q: Hello Abraham. I have a question about making my transition. I've been a student of your teachings for several years now and I'm over the death thing. As you always like to say, you've got to get over the death thing. I'm completely fine with it. I received a cancer diagnosis yesterday which would appear to be inoperable. And I'm completely at peace. What I'd like to know and what I'd like to understand is how is the best way to make as pain-free a transition as possible for me, and for the people around me, given that I understand the teachings, and they may not do. Thank you. A: The tricky - and we mean that lightly and playfully, even though this feels very serious to you, and it is - the tricky thing about this is that the way you accomplish what you're asking for is by releasing resistance. And when you say, "I'm completely at peace with this,..." When you really are, when you are at peace, you are resistance free. And when you are resistance free, then your true desires are always answered. So we wouldn't be so sure that this peace that you've discovered is taking you out of your physical body. Because, this peace that you've discovered can take you to this ongoing life which is certain, but it can cause a continuation of it IN this body. You said it appears to be inoperable. But, the cells of your body operate differently. And so does your inner being. It operates differently. And so, we think that you are at one with the idea of it. More in a, I don't know what to do about it, I've resigned to there not being anything that I CAN do about it. But we think you are vastly underestimating the power of alignment and the power of desire. We're in agreement with you. We know in either case, you will be joyful. And we also know that it's another thing altogether with those who love you, who would really like you to stick around. Our encouragement to you is, you don't have to make a strong hard decision about this. You can just decide that you're going to do the thing that you said you wanted to do. To be as good feeling as you can be. As without resistance as you can be. Without discomfort - and certainly resistance and negative emotion are discomfort too - as you can be. And then just let the law of attraction deliver to you the perfect match to what you've got going on. ----------------------------- *video from 11/15/23:* A: And so that was from a few weeks ago. And then with this week's batch of questions we received this one and we thought that you might like to see it in context. And so here's the one that came this week: Q: So, a couple of weeks ago, I shared my cancer diagnosis, and the fact that I was very at peace with the idea of making my transition. In the days following the diagnosis, I felt an intense physical all over body sensation, like trillions of Rubik's cubes all making little tiny adjustments in my body, and it was just an incredible feeling, and I felt more aligned than I've ever done. And then I received a very strange piece of news from the doctors who were convinced of the severity of the tumor to say that the biopsies had come back and it was non malignant. And I know that I create my own reality. Were there two versions of this? If I hadn't been in such alignment then the news would have been different? And did I influence those cells after they were taken from my body? Any comments would be fabulous. Thank you. A: Well, first, we want to answer that last question. Yes, indeed you did influence that after those cells left your body. Because they are,... your connection to all things is this vibrational focused connection. There aren't wires or cords or strings attached, and so they're your cells and they're influenced by your thoughts, predominantly. But the emphasis that we wanted to offer here - and it's important for all of you to understand this - your desire was very clear. You said to us on that video a few weeks ago, that you were at peace, that you were at one with it, that you were resistance free, and we acknowledged it then. You had nearly an absence of resistance. And your desire was what it is now. In other words, what we want to say to everyone who is living something that they don't want to live. What we want to say to everyone who has received some sort of evidence that is to the contrary of what they want. We want you to remember this dialogue, all of it. And we want you to take away from it that your desire is what it is. And the making peace with a moment doesn't change the desire. The desire was already in place. What that making peace does is that it allows the desire. So, whether it is a physical recovery, or a financial recovery or rebalance, or a friendship recovery or rebalance... It doesn't matter what your object of desire is. Your desire stands in a very strong place. And when you find some way to be at peace, and not at war with what you've got, when you are at peace therefore non-resistant, then your desire stands. See how it works? We are appreciating all of this. There is nothing more that we needed to say about. What you said and what you experienced speaks for itself. And, there are many who will benefit from your experience. *Abraham on Awarenessing - 11/15/23 2:23:01 (ending):* Q: Hey Abraham. First time caller, long time listener. My 27 year old daughter has recently had a spinal stroke leaving her paralyzed from the chest down. And I was on the phone with her as she was raving about her job. So I witnessed the momentum build to a point where she's kind of incapacitated now. And so I know that my alignment has kept my mindset good at this time, but how is it that I can help her? This seems like the next logical step for her in her momentum building. How do I help her realize the power that she has to fix this? A: Step back from helping her. And just be consistent in what you are doing. In other words, as you told the story of how you witnessed her raving and you witnessed momentum, and so what happened is not such a surprise to you,... While that's accurate, it's an observation that doesn't help, does it? So, whether it's a memory observation or an in-the-moment observation, let's shift it a little bit to more of an awareness. An awareness of what? An awareness of how this broadcast started today. Of someone expressing in real time a response to a diagnosis that was quite remarkable. "I'm at peace," she said. She clearly didn't like the diagnosis. And had some concern about how those around her might feel about it. But when she said, "I am at peace," she really, really mostly, mostly was. And then, in a very short period of time, something very different became the diagnosis. And the difference that happened there can happen in finances, in relationships, in bodily conditions, in body weight, in body vitality, in every subject that you are writing to us about. Every single thing that you care about, everything that you care about, is modifiable as soon as it stops being something that is so dominantly observed. Look forward more, and back less. And focus upon what feels good, what is the path of most allowance of your alignment, on what your inner being is seeing in the same situation in the same moment. And notice how things change. You can't teach through words. You teach through the clarity of your example. Let's see another video. Let's not see another video. Oh, there's nothing to observe. No one to direct our thought through the images. We could read some of this but we're not going to. Let's practice, rather than see, and observing another video. Let's do some Awarenessing. Let's feel the absolute existence of your inner being. And let's be aware that your inner being feels good because we know what it's like in non-physical, and you do too. You've been with us long enough to know that. Let's be aware that your inner being is aware of what's going on in your situation at all times. Aware of where you are. And let's be aware that your inner being is not ever EVER negatively influenced by your helplessness or by your neediness. Let's be aware that your inner being is wishing you Happy Birthday every single day. Not just today. A few of you, it's your happy birthday today. One yesterday, wanted us to talk about it. But your inner being is wishing you Happy New Day every single day. Your inner being is aware of the vortex, creation. And aware of where you stand in relationship to it. And feeling no concern about you experiencing the bursting of what's in your Vortex into your physical experience. We've said to you that there's enough there to keep you happily busy for a long time in your physical existence. But we see no reason whatsoever that you should not experience all of it. If you want it. We think you should be in love with your lover. And we think that your lover should be in love with you. And we think that you should have as much money as you can figure out what to do with it. We think that if you want it, it should flow to you. And we know that in the vibrational sense that it is. We have awareness of that. We know what's in your vortex. And we know that it completes you. That it is everything that you are asking for and that it's coming as fast as you ask for it. And it is our awareness that you now, as of this broadcast, have felt enough shift in your point of attraction that more of what you've been feeling for, you'll soon be seeing hearing smelling tasting touching. Take it easy. There's no race, there's no competition. There's no shortage, there's no ending, there's no lack. There's no not getting what you want eventually. We just don't think you should have to wait so long. And if you could find some way of replacing impatience with expectation, well then, more things would show up today. Things/Art imbued with the vibration of the creator
Hi, friends, I was thrilled to hear this quote last week and have been pondering it as it applies to my bird photographs on Facebook and how many people resonate with the love and joy them and tell me how much they look forward to seeing them each day. And I realized that I no longer write lots of pages of sentences that start with I love in my notebook each day, as I did for years to focus on positive aspects and appreciation, and I had been kind of criticizing myself about that. But just yesterday I realized that I write my love list on Facebook every day as I tell the stories and share the pictures of the beauty of the park and the birds and animals who live there. And it not only uplifts my personal vibration, but it allows me to spread the love far and wide to my many friends there. Wow. So really, I'm ramping up my love in the world, not letting it down. I have a question about things and thoughts. In my living room there is a rug on the floor from a far away country. And when I concentrate on the rug and the thoughts behind it, the thoughts from the people who made it, who collected the silk and the cotton and the colors and so on, at a certain point it seems that the rug is starting to be a living thing. Abraham, will you please talk about things being a living thing? Thank you. A: Well it is a living thing because it is imbued with the vibrational intent of the focus of the creator of it. Everything is vibrational. You focus things into being. The stuff that your physical world is made of is vibrational brick and mortar. And so, Everything that you are about, you have imbued with your focus, your energy. When a painter paints a picture, how the painter feels as they are painting is how the picture feels to those who are a vibrational match to how the painter felt when the painter painted it. Did you hear that distinction? We didn't say how the picture feels to everyone is how the painter felt when the painter painted it. But the Law of Attraction will bring together those who feel very much like the painter felt when the painter painted the painting.

Calling all mes!

From Facebook this morning: Q: So when animals transition, do they come back as animals, and do we come back as humans always? A: Yeah. Q: Dog comes back as a dog. A: Yeah. Prepare yourselves... (Fun) So you have an Inner Being who is consciousness who flows some of it into the human you and some of it into the feline you and some of it into the canine you - in other words, consciousness is flowing from this Source that is your Inner Being into all of these aspects of physicality, so you're not only human. That's why you relate so much to the animals at times. It's not easy to think of yourself as a stream of consciousness, is it, because you become accustomed to seeing yourself only in your human form. But when you begin to meditate and reach for that alignment, then you begin to notice more. Esther loves watching what happens to the birds over her ravine when she sits outside and meditates - they join her, they revel with her, they dance with her, they show up with her. In other words, they come vibrationally home with her. It's like "Calling all mes, calling all mes, calling all mes - I've tuned into our Source and let our physicality revel together!" And so the raccoon crawls up out of the ravine and the hummingbird comes from over here and the hawk flies over and the eagle flies over and the rabbit runs by and the cat comes by, and the rabbit goes that way and the cat goes that way. You are multi-dimensional beings expansive beyond your ability to know, and usually you cut yourself off from so many of the aspects of you. And that's just talking about the animal kingdom who are always so ready to play with you when you are in that right vibrational state. Make peace with where you are
From Facebook this morning: We have enjoyed this interaction immensely. This has truly been co-creating at its best. Be easy about all of this. We make too much of all of this. Get out there and find something to be happy about, and be happy about it. And then look for something else to be happy about, and be happy about that. Don¡¯t try to fix the world, it isn¡¯t broken. And don¡¯t try to reform your own self, there¡¯s nothing that needs to be reformed. Make peace with where you are, and try to make the best of things, and look for things to be happy about, and make lists of positive aspects, and get on rampages of appreciation, and look for the best feeling thought that you can find from wherever you are. But most of all, just take it easy. Just relax a little bit and look for the blessings that surround you. And make lists of the things that you are appreciating. And get yourself tuned back up to the vibration of wellbeing that is so natural to you. Oh, we want so much for you to get a sense of what we see lined up outside your door. The aerial view of the Vibrational Escrow that is being held for you is amazing! And as you just relax a little bit, it begins to flow in. You¡¯ll never get it done, and you cannot get it wrong. And there is nothing that you are supposed to do, only that which you want to do. Be selfishly, selfishly, selfishly interested in the way you feel, and let everybody else take care of the way they feel, and it is our promise to you, that you will fulfill your reason for being. Do you trust yourself to know the difference between satisfying and not satisfied? Do you trust yourself to notice that this feels better than this? That's all the trust that you need. Your... that you need. In other words, you all ready trust the law of attraction. We know you do. And you trust your inner being. We know you do. You said it but we know you do. But everyone can use as much practice as you can muster on,... do you trust your awareness of the way you feel? And now we're going to add something to that. It's going to make it easier for you to trust that. You like to be satisfied. You see, you are, most of you, you're looking for satisfying experiences. That's the reason you choose the restaurant that you choose. You want the food to taste good, and you want to feel good in the place, and you want it to be not so far that you pay a big time price to get there. In other words, there are a lot of factors that make this the path of least resistance. And so, we want to, for the first time here, to tie the path of least resistance to the satisfaction factor. Because there are a lot of things that are satisfying, but if there are other things involved,... For example, it's really satisfying to go on one of the Abraham cruises. But what if it cost a million dollars to do it? Well, some of you think that the cost of those cruises is like a million dollars. We know that they're expensive. Jerry always wanted you to be very clear about what you were paying for your seminar and what you were paying for your cabin, because he didn't want you to be confused about what you were paying for what. But what if you really, really want to go and you know that it would be satisfying, but it costs a million dollars, or it would take you 10 days to get to where the ship left? What if the only way to get there was to fly some and then get on a boat some and then get on a jeep some and then get over to this remote remote remote remote remote port where only the most diligent,...? What if you had to climb up a mountain and down a mountain to even get on the...? Well, you get what we're saying. We're making it absurdly difficult. But path of least resistance has a lot to do with the satisfaction factor. And so, we want the satisfaction to be so important to you, that you're willing to take more paths of least resistance. Which for those like Esther, who've been really deliberate about life for a long time and determined and willing to do whatever it takes, pay whatever price to get to where I want to be. Some of you are relating to that. Wanting to be right. Well, maybe it's time to approach it a little bit that a path of least resistance can get you to where you want to be a lot faster than proving to all the people that you think you need to prove to that you're right. Law of attraction is always right. It always matches you up just right. Abe on Satisfaction - 11/1/23 2:24:38 Q: Hi Everybody. Hi Abraham. Hi Esther. So thank you so much for the answer you gave me on my clarity about the placemat process which was, I laughed out loud. I was bossing the universe around, giving them a to do list. And I'm guilty. I was. But the explanation that you gave about how it's so much easier. It's so much simpler. Just polish up my sphere of attraction, right? If there's a little buff or something, just wipe it off. And then I can go out and let law of attraction just give to me whatever wonderful thing I have coming. I love share... I love hearing everyone's ways that this has worked out for them. Abe on choosing to focus
Thanks to my friend Marsha Moskowitz for transcribing this piece from the conclusion of this week's Abraham workshop! Abraham Now 10-25-23 2:17 Not only are we going to give something to you, but to everyone who's watching. So you see how it goes? When you're standing in a place that you don't want to be and you're trying to describe it and explain it, you see what that does to your point of attraction? And that's what we mean when we say you can't get to where you want to be from there. You want plenty of money so that you can go on vacation and live the way you want to live. But you can't get there from there. All that description of how it's been and the way you feel as you're holding your head. And we get it, we understand. But you can't get there from there. And so what your helping us explain to everyone - and it's really good how we've come up to this because people can really feel this and hear this in a clearer way than ever before. By describing what is (which seems logical to humans), by telling it like it is (which seems logical humans), it produces a vibration within you that equals that emotion that makes you want to hold your head, that prevents you from the very thing that your words are expressing that you want. You can't get there from there. So, what you want to do in a moment in time is look into a mirror or look into a camera or look into a notebook or whatever your... talk to a friend, whatever your situation is, and you want to tell it as you want to feel. For example, we're going to take your situation because it was mostly about money and we're going to stand in your shoes and we're going to take a moment in time and we're going to do something that will get you to where you want to be from where you are. We're going to stand as you. So hear this. I like prosperity. I like choices. I like to choose. I like to choose from the best of things. I like the most delicious of foods. I like the prettiest of things. I like the feeling of being free. I like options. I really like options and choices. I like discovering things that I didn't even know I wanted. I like walking into a place and they say, "Can I help you?" And I like to say, "Oh I'm just looking for something to want." And they look back at me weird as (if) to say, "Oh I haven't heard that before." And I think no really, it's true. I'm just looking for something to want. I'm just looking for something to want. I like the feeling of feasting my eyes on something. I like the feeling of being attracted to something. I like the feeling of being attracted to something and knowing that because I'm attracted to it, that it's coming to me. I like describing things. I like to go into a restaurant and I like to recognize that I feel good now that I'm in there. And I like to acknowledge what it is about this place that I like so much. The temperature is nice in here. And the atmosphere is lovely. And the food smells good. And the waiters are immaculate and efficient. I just like being in here. You want to look for things that are uplifting and you want to feast on them. Find the garden where things are blooming or the tree that is moving in the wind in peacefulness and ease and well-being. In other words, there are life giving points of focus all around you. But what you chose when you offered this video, was not one of them. You were looking at the absence of wanted. And if it had been a five minute cut off, you would have gone on for five minutes because the law of attraction, that's what the law of attraction would have kept dishing up for you. Inner guidance is following your bliss!
from Facebook today: Inner guidance can be what you are calling conscience, but usually when we hear people speaking of letting conscience be their guide what they mean is letting something that someone else has programmed into them as important be their guide rather than what they are in the moment feeling personally - although sometimes they are very close to the same thing, because when your desire to please another is very strong then satisfying them sometimes can be what you are guided about. But true inner guidance comes from reflecting upon things that feel good and practicing that alignment, and then gravitating to that which feels best. If you were utterly following your inner guidance, you would always be chasing your bliss, you would always be reaching for the best thought, you would always be reaching for the best memory or the best possible scenario. And we want to say to you, if you were unwilling to accept worry as something valid and to continue, you never would have got the neck pain. But it's like our friend before you. Now, you've got the neck pain, how do you reverse it? It's not about reversing it. It's about what are you going to do with the next worry and the next worry? Let's not talk about the neck pain. The neck pain has settled in, or the knee pain. Let's not try to recover or reverse the physical condition. Let's do something about the active creation and continuation of more and more and more of it. Can you feel the difference? Ooh, what a good conversation! So worry is your problem. Neck pain is just pointing at it. Financial stress is your problem. Knee pain is just pointing at it. Look at it this way. It's a whole lot easier to shift worry into distraction than to shift neck pain into absence of neck pain. And we know you're saying yeah yeah but I've got the neck pain. Well, catch it earlier and the neck pain will subside. Hear this. If you're not feeding the neck pain with worry, it will peter out. If you're not feeding the knee pain with overwhelmment and stress, it will peter out. Oh, that was a good conversation! And what is the appropriate use of action for a creator? What's a useful perspective for us to hold about physical action when we want to create something? Thank you. Use your action to describe it and participate in it and take pleasure from it and speak about it and take pictures of it and take pleasure of it. Rampages of appreciation!

Focus on Satisfaction
From Facebook this morning: So Esther sat and thought about it, and she thought the first thing that came to her mind was the way she always felt once the Monster Bus (a 45 foot Prevost bus) was all hooked up with the car behind it, and all the rooms were pulled in and all the hoses and cords were pulled in, and all the inside was stowed - it was ready to roll. And Esther would get in the driver's seat and turn over that big engine (it had to idle for 5 minutes before you could begin moving it), and then she would begin moving through the campground (or wherever they were) out onto the open road. And the feeling of satisfaction coming up that ramp into the this new day with this new experience and this new exposure to life, she always felt that high-on-life, satisfied-in-the-moment feeling. So when she recalled that, she thought "I know what satisfaction feels like." She thought about climbing the stairs up into her tree house, and looking out over all of Fair Oaks - just hundreds of oak trees on that 40 acres, and she adores each and every one of them. And as she's looking out over the treetops with an occasional building poking up, she feels the satisfaction of that environment that is all Pure Positive Energy - the nature of it, the birds, the satisfaction of remembering the men who built it and the fun they had and how long it took them because they didn't want it ever to be done, and the new idea, and the next new idea, and the next new idea. You just can't be in that tree house or think about being in that tree house without satisfaction washing over you. She thought about slipping into the seat in the restaurant with her lovely friends with her, smelling the food and feeling the ambiance and anticipating what's coming next, and the feeling of satisfaction about this moment in time, that feeling of wellbeing and that feeling of knowing the fun that they're going to have, and the harmony that they find in each other, and the connection with Source that they each find and then they play together. Satisfaction is so easy to identify - it's easy to notice, it's easy if you care about it, it's easy to isolate, it's easy to practice, it's easy to own. And then it's easy to notice when you're deviating and when you're on point. Do you see what we're getting at? Q: Yes. A: So then you don't find yourself ever saying "This has been going on since I was five." You might say "I sort of have a vague recollection of being anxious, but now my strongest recollection (because it's something that is happening the most often to me now) is a feeling of satisfaction, because that's where I focus and that's what I find. And most important, it's because that's where my Inner Being is, and I only have to hook up just for a few seconds; I only have to hold myself in satisfaction for a few seconds before the momentum of my connection with All That Is and Source Energy and my Inner Being becomes my dominant point of attraction, and then I'm off and rolling. Helpful? Q: It is helpful. And I've been aware of that process that you are describing. And so, what I believe you're trying to tell me is that I need to disassociate myself from the past, and just live in the moment and focus on what makes me feel good. A: That is what we were saying, but we would say it a little differently, because when you try to disassociate with something, you're associating with it, because there's no such thing as no in this attraction-based Universe. So we're not asking you to avoid dissatisfaction, we're asking you to feel for satisfaction, and it makes all the difference in the world. Q: Just put my attention there, you're saying. A: Jerry learned that with Esther behind the wheel in the Monster Bus, that you go where your attention is. He'd say "Oh, look at that rainbow," and off she'd go toward it. (Fun) He got so that he only pointed straight ahead because he didn't want her to look anywhere else. You do - you move in the direction of your thoughts; that, in essence, is what we're saying. Abe on war and peace

from Facebook this morning: Hotseater: I¡¯m involved with a large group of people that are meditating for world peace, and as part of that program, they are using mantras and sutras to master gravity. Can we actually master gravity in our physical form? Abraham: Hopefully not. Well, we want to be nice about it, but it¡¯s not easy because there is so much. Let us take the first part of your statement. As you come together in a group and you are visualizing and meditating upon an idea of world peace, we want you to understand there is no greater asking for peace than in the violence of war. So your future world has a greater probability of being peaceful because of the wars you¡¯ve been involved in and are involved in than if there had been none. Does that make sense to you in the same way that the sicker you are the more well you want to be? So when you realize that as this mass consciousness is involved to different degrees with these wars that are happening, that the request for well-being is great¡and of course it varies depending on how personal or impersonal it is to you, or how much attention you¡¯re giving it, but we have never seen a greater request coming from the vibrational atmosphere of any time-space reality than what is shooting as rockets of desires from the mass consciousness of this world¡¯s population, and so the Source Energy parts of you are queuing up for that. And you have to realize that, as you were non-physical energy and were born into this body and you lived contrast which caused you to ask for more, that it is this growing mass consciousness version of vibrational escrow that is the vibrational place from which all new beings are coming forth. In other words, the babies that are being born are coming from that powerful place of understanding and wanting. The question is, what are the rest of you doing about it? We like to call your attention to what we lovingly call the dilution ratio¡it is a wonderful thing how many of you are croaking. We try to be as disrespectful as we can about death since there isn¡¯t any, but in that death experience you withdraw your resistance and you reemerge into pure positive energy, and so you go immediately from your fitfulness, perhaps, over war and violence and sickness and all of that stuff that is the resistance within you, into pure positive energy. And the new ones that are coming forth are already pure positive energy, and are riding that wave of the well being that you have all been asking for. So when you realize what mass consciousness is asking for, it is huge. So then the question is, what I am as an individual doing to line up with peace? And we say if you are fixated on war, then you are not doing anything to line up with it; you¡¯re still part of the asking part of the equation. And we want you to realize that you don¡¯t have to wait for anybody else to turn and go in the direction of the well being that you¡¯ve been asking for in order for you to achieve it. But physical humans for the most part, in their peace marches and in their peace meditations, are pointed upstream. In other words, it¡¯s like they¡¯re demanding peace rather than allowing it. And in their asking for peace, most of them are still justifying their request for peace by pushing against the war. And so you have to become a vibrational match to the vision of well being that has been spawned from the horrific vision of war. People will say, ¡°I want to be over there.¡± And we¡¯ll say, what¡¯s over there? And they will say, ¡°Well, I don¡¯t know, I¡¯ve never been there, but it has to be better than what¡¯s over here.¡± And we say the problem with that thinking is if you are so aware of what¡¯s over here, you can¡¯t get over there. And there are so many people speaking the words of peace that are so in the vibration of opposition to it. And you can tell, when you¡¯re talking about peace, when you feel peaceful, you¡¯re moving there, but if you are enraged by war in your request for peace, then you¡¯re still in Step One of asking and not doing anything about allowing it for yourself. Marsha's 'work' a new perspective
I couldn't work out how to reply to Marsha's original topic about the word 'work'. /g/TheAbeList/message/107597 So I just wanted to say that perhaps it's not the word at all that is causing (Marsha) resistance, it may probably be the actual task at hand. I can hear Abe say to soften the actual task that you are needing to do, because if it was the word work, then anything that required effort (for eg washing the dishes, ironing, earning an income, driving, shopping, making the bed) could be construed as 'work'. But if you are able to pin point the specific activity that you are linking to this word 'work', and then see if you have any resistance about tackling/approaching/doing that specific activity, you may find that it could be the actual activity and not the word 'work' that is causing resistance. If you do have resistance about a specific task (or area of activity), then going up the EGS would be most helpful. Start lower than where you feel you actually are, and then slowly write your way up it. I've done this many times with great success, taking about a day per each emotion. On very difficult subjects I was taking up to 3 days to move up on some emotions.
