Q: Hi everyone. Thank you so much for the October 26th broadcast. I found it to be such a beautiful message, and I found a lot of relief in it. And I am so thankful for that. I loved how you talked about the negative emotion that we're feeling not being the only thing in the room. There is the other end of that. And when you said to isolate that feeling - whatever we're feeling – isolate it, and then identify what's at the other end of the stick and then go there. It seemed to be so clean and it was just such a clean exit from contrast. And I was able to apply this this weekend, and it was so helpful. I'm so thankful I was able to remember it because I was in discomfort, but I was able to remember those thoughts. So thank you so much.

A: Well there is so much that you said in that brief presentation. And we're going to hit the most important things.

A while back someone offered a video to us in this format. And she described that feeling when what she was focused upon was so opposite of what was wanted. She didn't use those words but that's what was going on. That grief was like the only thing in the room. What a good way of saying that. Like there's nothing else around. It's all I can see.
And that really is a law of attraction story, isn't it? Because what you are focused upon and how you are feeling is everything. It's your point of attraction.

So, it gave us an opportunity to make clear something that we've been talking about for a long time. The value of contrast, the value of molding contrast, the value of knowing what you don't want which helps you to know what you do want. The value of the both ends of the stick making it possible for you to focus at all.

But what you are accentuating here goes even further and it's such an important thing for us to talk about, especially today given all the things that you all are wanting to talk about. That the contrast that you believe - most of you believe, most of you believe it completely - the contrast that is so unpleasant at times is helpful.
And that's hard to know because when you're focused upon the part of the contrast that is so opposite of what you are wanting, it feels so uncomfortable. And the reason that it feels so uncomfortable - hear this - is not because you're not getting what you think you want. Of course, it's some of that. But that's not really what's going on. It's that you're focused in a way that you are not letting what you do want in, even though what you do want is available to you.

If someone said to you, and you believe they were powerful enough to do what they say they're going to do… If someone announced to you personally, or through a broadcast that went to all of you simultaneously... If someone said to you, “Tomorrow I am going to stop the law of gravity from performing the way it has been. It's been annoying. I don't like it. And I'm putting a stop to it.” Most of you would not take that seriously.

Because you have so much of your own experience with the law of gravity that you would not think that that person with their words, no matter how much power they had amassed, would have the ability to stop your planet from experiencing gravity. You just would not worry about it. You might worry about the person that is saying such a ridiculous thing, but you would not worry about gravity ceasing to be.

And so, that's what we're wanting you to understand about this law of attraction. You have a point of attraction. You are in each new segment, presenting yourself to this field of attraction. And if this time and space has given you the wherewithal to identify with some measure of clarity, what you do not want, it is our promise to you that it is known by your inner being and the universe at large what it is you do want. And both are in the room.

Every particle of the universe - whether it is what you can perceive as the entire universe, or a segment of it like planet Earth, or a segment of it like your nation, or your family, or a person - every particle of the universe has within it, at the same time, wanted and absence of it.

And you are the only one who chooses to focus in a way that sets up a vibrational asking from yourself. It's the law of attraction. There is no law of assertion, no matter how it may look at times.
And so we like how much you liked the conversation about when you know what you don't want, what you do want is known by the universe. And it exists as a potential experience of yours, but you have to tune to it.
And we know because you are visual and auditory, you see it and hear it and smell it and taste it and touch it. You are so used to deciphering your physical world through your physical senses that you think there's only what you can see that's in the room. But you can only see what's in the room that's a vibrational match to whatever it is that you are outputting. And so, we'll talk a lot more about that, but what a good place to begin.

Q: Abraham, I’ve been sitting here and recording all these questions and it's a lot of fun. And I trust that they are all vibrationally sent to you. My leading edge right now is contemplating finding the feeling place. So I'm thinking that I hone in on the feeling place of the things that I think that I want. That I want. And then, when I’ve isolated that and felt that and practiced that, then I move through my day and I find the easy existing matches in my life to what I desire, so that I'm already in the having of it. And I don't need to figure out how things will manifest, how all the pieces will fit together. All I need to do is find the feeling and find the easy existing matches. And from all these questions I've asked, this is my leading edge right now. Love you, thank you.
A: Well that's exactly right and we're very happy that you know that you are there. What you offered here ties in a bit with what our previous friend presented. And we want to tie that back in because she said something… You said it too.

She said, “It’s so clean. It's so clean and clear.” And we want to really emphasize that point because of all the things that both of you are feeling and talking about here… When you're able to isolate how you want to feel, it's a clearer realization if you are focused on what will bring you the feeling that feels good, or whether you are focused upon what will bring you the feeling that feels bad. And in both, in all situations, that feeling is about your aligning with the source within you, who is only and always and ever focused upon what you have extrapolated from life that you want.

When someone is rude, rude to you, even though you may not be able to articulate what the other end of that stick actually is, you know what it feels like when that's not what it feels like. In other words, there is a known assumption, not just by you, but by your inner being, by the universe at large. That's what this contrast is all about. That's how everyone sorts out how they want to feel.
And what is interesting – it’s so important for you to come to realize this - that you don't need the situation to be exactly in the way you have described it or diagrammed it or even scripted it or asked for it. You don't need the details of it to be the way you think you want them to be in order to feel good. Because the details that you've been living that have helped you to know how you don't want to feel have supplied the vibrational details of what you do want to feel.
And when our friend earlier said it’s so much cleaner, here's why. When you try to describe what you want, and why you want it, and how you want it to play out, where you want it to come from, who you want to bring it to you… When you try to supply details to which you don't have answers, you introduce both ends of the stick, which keeps you in chaos and clutter, and in a point of attraction that is not giving you that good feeling that's the bottom line for what you're looking for.
Now you're going to hear a lot more as we are moving forward. But we know that most of you - even though you've been listening to us for quite a long time - most of you still believe that you need it to be this way and this way and this way and this way in order for you to feel good.
And we want to say to you, there are lots and lots of ways, infinite ways for it to play out in order for you to feel good. And if you will do your best - we know it's tricky, you're gonna get better and better at it, and we're going to help you - to isolate the bottom line of how you want to feel, those details will reveal themselves to you in very interesting and satisfying unfolding of your life.

It's so delicious when you really get it that things are working out for you. And we're going to insert something here in preparation for what's coming next and next and next and next and next. We want you to get it. We're gonna give it everything we've got here today to help you to get it, that things are working out for you, whether you are in a vibrational place to realize it quite yet or not.
And your discomfort is because you've asked, you did step one. And Source along with the law of attraction has answered. That step two is in place too. But sometimes grief is the only thing that you can see in the room. So you can't let it in even though it's right there, ready for you.
