Q: Hello Abraham. Hello Esther. Thanks very much for letting me ask my question. My question is about stereos, televisions, and basically noise from neighbors that comes up the walls, through my floor boards, and thump, thump, thump, or something along those lines. I cannot deal with it. It crucifies me. And that's not an understatement. And the other thing is air fresheners. The smell that a lot of these chemicals do to my mental health. And thanks to this, I've had to move twice. And I've had to, even had to¡­ I really want to stay where I'm living. But it's a daily struggle to keep on top of the neighbors and the noise. And even now, I feel like everybody hates me. And I would really like some help with dealing with this. I really need to. Thank you very much.

A: Well again, we're talking about inner being perspective and your perspective. And we know you're not making that up. The noise is annoying. Devastatingly so, you say. And the smells unpleasant. We know you're not making it up.

?

But think about what we were just saying. About your physical senses, and how most people are operating through them. Our little autistic friend that we talked about earlier today is not so actively involved in physical senses. Even the sirens don't bother her. And so, we're not asking you to be autistic in all ways, just in this way.?Try to be more keenly focused with your inner being, just for a little while.

?

Now, there are two ways that you could go about this. You could actually move to the beat of the music a little bit. In other words, you either have to become one with your environment. Or you have to create an atmosphere for a different environment. Moving is one way. But things that you don't like from the place you moved from, usually follow you to the place you move to, because your point of attraction is so active about that.

?

So you either have to settle in, make the best of, make peace with what is. So that you're not pushing against it and therefore asking for it so much. Or¡­ That's one way. Change your atmosphere, which means move. Doesn't work, because you take yourself with you. Or settle into where you are. And take that further by settling in to what your inner being is experiencing. We know. It's not the easiest thing to do.

Jerry and Esther have a property in San Antonio that is quite near Interstate 10. And depending on which way the wind is blowing, sometimes Esther could hear the traffic. She didn't really like that very much. She wanted to put up big walls that maybe would buffer it. And Jerry said to Esther, ¡°You know what I like about this traffic out here? We're 10 miles outside the city limits of San Antonio and¡± - or the outer loop, he meant. ¡°And once people get on the interstate, they're off and going. And so, the feeling of them is, ¡®I'm on the road and I'm on my way.¡¯ ¡± Jerry said, ¡°I don't feel frustration in the traffic that passes by us here. Do you?¡± And Esther thought, ¡°I've never considered what the emotion of the traffic is. I've only considered what the sound of it was.¡±

You're telling us that everyone hates you. You're talking about emotion. So we know emotion is a big part of this question for you. But can you find a way to address this, instead of with your sense of sound, or your sense of smell, or even sight sometimes, can you find a way of addressing your atmosphere through the sense of emotion? And could you feel intentionality in that music that something about that music is pleasing someone? And could you be pleased that they are pleased? Or something about that fragrance is pleasing someone. And could you be pleased that they are pleased?

Because that's what your inner being is doing. And that's why there's discord between you and your inner being. We're not asking you to eat ground glass and like it. It's not that extreme. But we are asking you to find a way of adapting.

?

And friends, in the moment that you decide that you're going to be a vibrational adapter, and that what you're adapting to is the point of view that your inner being has about the subject that you're focused upon in the moment, you're gonna adapt to the wanted end of the stick, even when your physical senses are picking up the unwanted end of the stick.

?

This is so powerful. This is how you find happiness in a world that is displaying so much of the other end of the stick. You can't change the ends of the stick for others. But you can adapt to the end of the stick that your inner being is adapted to, all day every day.

This may be the most clarifying, profound, and exhilarating conversation that we have ever had with our physical friends. This is us being happy about your environment, and wanting you to join us in our happiness about your environment. By desensitizing your physical senses, when necessary, and increasing your non-physical senses of calibrating to the frequency of us. Thank you very much for this question!
