Abe Now, 3/12/25, part 1, 24:00 – Anxiety about the world
Q: Hello. My name is Susan. I am very, very grateful to have found you
many years ago now, and I've used your teachings to help me manifest a lot of
wonderful things in my life. My question, or I guess my request… I'm a
Canadian. And I find myself struggling quite a bit with anxiety, as are many of
my people these days. And I do know that the best way for me to help or
contribute is to stay connected. But I also admit that I'm having some
difficulty doing that on some days. I am often able to get back on a high
flying disc with quite a bit of effort. But I would love your coaching, and
specific ways to talk to myself when my anxiety gets triggered, when my now
reality, the stuff I'm looking at is very, very challenging. And not looking at
it is just not an option right now. So thank you so much for all of your
teachings. And blessings to you. And blessings to everybody watching.

A: We want to say to you… This is a perfect situation where you would
benefit by zooming out and looking at things more generally. What we mean by
that is… What Esther says to herself, and we back her up every comment she
makes, because we taught this to her.
?
Your planet is large and there are billions of you.
And your desire for well-being is dominant. And when contrasting things happen,
you launch even greater rockets of desire that gather more and more and more
momentum. So the vortex for your planet is very exaggerated and enlarged more
than ever before. There is more asking and therefore more answering. And when
Esther zooms out like that, she feels the relief from diffusing her attention
to things that she can't control.
?
But then, you stuck in the sentence that looking away is not an option.
And we get how that is sometimes. It's like being so up close to even a
relationship issue. We know this is not what you're talking about here. But
when you're right there in the thick of it, you can't just not look at it
because it's like a disease in your body, or not enough money in your bank
account. It’s hard to just look away from it, because it keeps calling for your
attention over and over.
So then, the soothing, vibration-raising process is, try to find a positive
aspect in what you're looking at. Which means… Every particle of the universe -
every television broadcast, every person of interest, every situation - every
particle of the universe has within it wanted an absence of wanted.?And the more often you look for positive aspects in
situations, things, experiences where it's easy to find them, the more queued
up you are to see them in other places.
?
Now, this is falling on deaf ears a lot right now. Because often it
feels like, if that were just not happening, then I wouldn't have to feel this
way.?But you want to stand in your world,
capable of feeling how you choose to feel, regardless of the conditions or
circumstances that are around you, because that is where freedom is.
?
We would like to give you some reassurance, that most
are not capable of hearing right now. Because we can see the contents of the
vortex. We know the power of it. And we know the balance of your planet. And we
can see the hearts of the billions.?And it is our promise to you that
this will right itself.
?
And in the process, you do your part in helping that,
you speed the momentum of?that, every time you find a way to feel
better, a little better, rather than a little worse.?Don't give in to feeling a little worse, and a little worse, and
a little worse, and a little worse until the momentum is so much you can't
control yourself.
?
And we want to say also, that there is nothing that
any of you are experiencing that is so unwanted, and so big, and so much
momentum, that you cannot find soothing, and that it cannot change.

The world causes focus
?
Q: Hi Abraham. Hi everybody. Gosh, I love you all so
much, and I'm telling you, I just wanted to say that. The world right now has
caused me to focus so strongly on how I feel, and on the things that I want,
that it's actually a really good thing. And certainly, there's lots of
contrast, and I'm noticing the contrast, and changing the subject a lot. And
I've taught a lot of people that I work with about going up the emotional
ladder. And I think it resonates with them. And they're all taking a picture of
the picture from Ask and It Is Given and using it. And I said one time when I
was at one of your workshops, that choosing the life that I have lived, has
made me an emotional athlete. And I'm just so appreciative for all of your teachings.

A: You offered a really important phrase. You said, “The
world has caused me to focus.” And that's really what you're talking to us
about, what you've overcome. Because when you say, “You make me feel this way,”
- whether you're talking to your children, or to your lover, or to something
bigger, to the weather, to government, to situations, to conditions - you have
caused me to focus on you.?We want you to morph into that phrase, “But I
choose to feel this way, anyway.”
?
Because if you are of the mindset that this and that or
those or them are causing you to focus, then you're trapped in whatever you're
observing. We've been saying this for a long time. Most people offer most of
their vibration in response to what they are observing. And the thing that
happens with that is you observe it and then you focus, and you observe it and
then you focus, and then the law of attraction brings you more of what you've
been focusing on to observe.
?
It's hard for people - we love you so much - to hear us
when we say, it's hard to hear this, no matter what the conditions are,?you have the
power to focus into alignment with your inner being, who stands in your vortex
with everything that you want.
?
So imagine mass consciousness of this
planet, having launched rockets of desire into this vortex. And any one of you
focusing yourself into feeling good, and therefore being there, and therefore
turning the tides and being the recipient of more that you want.
?
And you're right, friend. When something that you do not
want keeps getting your attention, and your guidance keeps showing you that you
are focusing in opposition to what you want,?after a while
you may decide that you're going to follow the feeling and follow thoughts that
feel better. And now, you are part of the solution of your planet, instead of
continuing with the step one part of the equation.
