Could you please tell me where I can find this information. Thank you very much. I remember hearing them talk about it, and I seemed to remember that Abraham said Esther does 10 processes in the morning. I am pretty sure they said meditation and positive aspects and maybe focus wheel, but I don't remember the rest.? Does anyone else remember more clearly? I?have looked but I can't find a quote anywhere that covers that, nor remember which Abraham live they talked about it in.? I'm hoping someone else here who is listening regularly can remember and tell us.?
