And later I saw that the sun was so bright, as you can see behind me, and I just wanted to be outside. And I sat in nature. And at one point, I had an urge to just bask in the sun, and it felt so good on my face. And then I decided to take my shirt off. And it's freezing. It's 31 degrees Fahrenheit. And and I stood there with my shirt off, just basking in the sun. And at one point I realized I could pay attention to the sun heating my body, and it felt so good. And I could also pay attention to the breeze chilling my body. And I realized that I had a choice of where to focus. And when I focused on one, it felt good. And when I focused on the other, it felt not good. And I realized, I think, well that's my answer, how to focus. And it's everything that you've been saying. And I was wondering if you could speak more about that. You always clarify things for me. Thank you.

A: We like what you're presenting here. And we like that you discovered that you could find comfort or satisfaction in the same environment, depending upon the way you decided to think about it.

That's really big. Because what that is acknowledging is that while you cannot control in every moment the external environment that you are driving in, or walking in, or existing in, you do have the ability to accomplish satisfaction through focus.

And the more you focus when it's easy to feel good, the more you will have control of your bandwidth, to the point that you can really get to the place where you can focus yourself into the point of attraction that you wish, no matter what's going on.

It is really an unconditional experience. I do not need to control the condition in order to feel the way I want to feel, in order to accomplish the point of attraction that will serve me. This is really good awareness.

Abraham Now, 1/15/25, Part 1, 56:29 – Rainbows


Q: Hi Abraham. Last week I looked out the window, maybe a couple of times, and I saw rainbows. And one day, yesterday, when it had stopped raining and the sun was coming up, I was inspired to look out and there were these two really thick, bright, bright double rainbows. So I went out onto my deck and I took a photo. And normally when there's, you know, rainbows or things happening on the ocean, you see people stopping on the beach to take photographs. But nobody was stopping to take a picture of these two really, super thick, bright bright rainbows. And I thought to myself was that just for me? I'm so worthy that only I could see these rainbows. So I'm curious what your thoughts are about this. Thank you.

A: We're going to put a little different spin on it than you did, because everyone is so worthy that they deserve to see the rainbows. But everybody wasn't asking, maybe in the same way that you were, and everybody wasn't allowing in the same way that you were. What we… In other words, don't get competitive about your worthiness. Because there's enough of everything for everyone, and it exponentially expands. We know that's not really what you were going at. But it is what you said, and we do want to clarify that for you.

But here's our favorite part of what you observed with those rainbows. Because we want to say to all of you… Just like those rainbows were in the sky. They were there. It wasn't your imagination. It wasn't something that only your eyes saw. It was something that was there for everyone who focused on it.

And that's what we would like to say about abundance, and relationships, and physical health, Well-Being. That's what we would like to say about clarity, and things that are really fun. It's all there in your atmosphere, ready for you to tune to it. And just because you didn't notice it doesn't mean that it isn't there.

In other words, your rainbow experience lets us say to you unequivocally that everything that everyone wants is within that easy of a grasp, to locate it, and calibrate to it, and to experience it. No one is being deprived by any outside force. You are allowing or resisting by your own focus.

So rather than focus upon a rainbow, let's focus upon fun, freedom, exhilaration. And if there's something that represents that, it'll show up in your experience. Sometimes several of those things show up in the same 30 seconds of your life. Play with it and watch. Watch for the variety of rainbow-like things that you begin to notice on a much more frequent basis.

Q: Hi Esther. Hi Abraham. Hi everybody. Happy 2025. I feel like so much has shifted for me, and for so many people, you know, in the past month. And it's pretty remarkable. So thank you so much for your teachings and your guidance. I wanted to talk about “act as if”. I feel like the answer to every question and every desire for all of us is in finding the feeling place. This is such a powerful tool, and really what it's all about. And so as we find the feeling place, when we really understand that, and then we follow inspired action, where does “act as if” fall into place? This is something that I would so love to wrap my head around. Because it seems like that would really anchor in and help us embody the feeling place that we have achieved. Thank you so much.

A: We are appreciating everything that you had to say here. And we are in agreement with all of it, really. But we would like to answer your pointed question, and help you to realize that there is another way of looking at this. Of course, that's why you're asking.


Can you feel the difference between… Let's say you're standing in a place where you're having to work at feeling good. Because something has just happened where you are aware of something unwanted. And of course you're aware that you've launched a rocket, and that there's another end of the stick, and so forth. And so you've decided to deliberately pivot to look at it in a more positive way. And one of the ways that you are trying out here is, well I'll just act as if.


But the thing that we want to emphasize here is that when you're aware of something less than wanted, and you've decided to act as if it is more wanted, often you're still standing in the awareness of the shift that you want to make. And it’s slow going because you're sort of moving back and forth between I've got this, but I want this, I've got, but I want this. Not much shifts in your point of attraction.


So as evolved masters of creation as you are, rather than saying I will act as if on this subject, where it’s pretty hard to act as if because there's evidence to the contrary, let's say… What if instead you just changed the subject? Because instead of acting as if you were happy on this subject, you focused your mind on something where you already are happy. You're not acting as if. You're actually looking at an easy existing match and you are authentically feeling better.


Now, of course that has to do with how upset you were. We've been saying recently that you've got a range of frequency. And it's not that big. And the law of attraction doesn't let it be very forgiving. You don't have a lot of leeway in that bandwidth that you've got active, that we are calling your point of attraction.


So play with this a little while. You're at the point that we know you can do this. Rather than acting as if something that hasn't happened yet is happening, which is a bit of a stretch, why not look at something wonderful that already is happening, and use it for the reason for your point of attraction?


Because remember, it’s step one, step two, step three. You've already asked in step one. Contrast and variety helped you to do that. And source has already focused there and only there, on the results that you want. And the law of attraction is responding to what your inner being is feeling. And you want to join your inner being.


So what if what you really are looking for is feeling good, no matter what? And what if the answer that comes to you over and over again is, I want to feel good right now. What's the easiest way, what's the easiest subject that I could focus upon that would cause me to offer a vibration in response to what does feel good? Really good.

Q: Hello. I'm going to ask about some terminology that was used in the last broadcast. You brought up the word placeholder, and you said the vortex is actually a placeholder. It's not where I become the vortex, or the inner being is not the vortex. And it came to me as I contemplated that, because I kind of thought that's what I was doing, was trying to move into the vortex. Because you used to say, get into the vortex, get into the vortex. And now I'm kind of wondering if what that means is, it’s a placeholder so when I tune to it, things come to me because I'm an attractor. So I’d like to hear a little bit more about that, so I can clarify my own thinking about it.


The other thing is on the San Diego live stream, you brought up bandwidth. That we can only see within this narrow of a bandwidth, until we move up the emotional guidance scale, like from discouragement to blame and then on up, or up higher. And I'm sure that of course varies from subject to subject. Again, would like to hear a little more talk about that. Appreciate it. Bye.

A: Your vortex is a placeholder. And we've been encouraging you to look at it as you described it just now, by saying when you know what you don't want, you send off a rocket of desire of what you do want. And so in every moment you're living wanted or the absence of it. So we can see, we have encouraged, how it is helpful for you to see your vortex as the placeholder of the things that you have been wanting.


But brilliant one that you are, you're reaching for something new. You're feeling it. And your question nearly articulated it. And that is… Let's just say it. Let's just pose your question in the brilliant way that you mean it. Abraham, exactly what is the vortex holding the place of?


It's the feeling place. Your vortex is a vibrational arena, atmosphere, point of focus, that is a frequency that not only will allow, but is allowing, or is the frequency of your desire. Just for a little while friends, think of your vortex as that holding frequency, which could be translated to say holding emotion, holding feeling.


You can call it a feeling place because we've made you think that the vortex is a place. But it's a frequency that you are wanting to calibrate to. And when you do, then step one is already done, and step two is already done, and now you're doing step three, which is letting into your experience.


So you're right. When we said get into the vortex, and then later clarified find the feeling place and what's in the vortex will come to you… All of these physical ways of wanting to demonstrate or describe to you, can get more confusing than they need to. The more you focus and find the feeling of something, the more likely you are to find it easily.


The minute you launch the rocket of desire to your vortex, your inner being finds that feeling immediately and never deviates from it. Why does your vortex, why is your vortex a place, so to speak, where the frequency can be maintained on the highest desire that you've launched into it? Because your inner being focuses it there. Your inner being focusing is the reason.


Your inner being is holding through focus the place or the frequency that you are wanting to calibrate to. Your mother can't do it. Your lover can't do it. They all want to do it, but they can't do it. They rarely do do it. They hardly ever do it. Don't calibrate to them.?Calibrate to your inner being who always holds your desire in focus.
