?Q:Hi Abraham. I have a question about the delayed coming of manifestation from contrast. I figured out for example that I get neck pain from worry. So the next day I wake up with neck pain and I'm wondering... I used to wonder what this is, of course. So I wonder what your thoughts and ideas are, like how to identify this and not get hung up on this, because it's easy, once you have the pain, you're stuck in this cycle of like pain, you're not feeling good, and then, you know, then it all goes on. So I also figured out like my knee pain, long knee pains may be coming from financial stuff from my financial issues over the last years. So how can I heal my knee pain, if I know it's coming from this stuff? So, and also, like we called it once a hangover like a delayed contrast hangover. Would you say that is correct? Thank you.??

?A:Once again, what a perfect entrance your video makes into the conversation. Because you've come to the awareness that your neck pain is from worry. And we want to say to you, if you were unwilling to accept worry as something valid and to continue, you never would have got the neck pain. But it's like our friend before you. Now, you've got the neck pain, how do you reverse it? It's not about reversing it. It's about what are you going to do with the next worry and the next worry? Let's not talk about the neck pain. The neck pain has settled in, or the knee pain. Let's not try to recover or reverse the physical condition. Let's do something about the active creation and continuation of more and more and more of it. Can you feel the difference? Ooh, what a good conversation!??

?So worry is your problem. Neck pain is just pointing at it. Financial stress is your problem. Knee pain is just pointing at it. The earlier you can catch the indicator of the resistance, the easier it is to release it and not receive the law of attraction's further, perfect continuation of an unwanted and unnecessary vibration.??

Look at it this way. It's a whole lot easier to shift worry into distraction than to shift neck pain into absence of neck pain. And we know you're saying yeah yeah but I've got the neck pain. Well, catch it earlier and the neck pain will subside. Hear this. If you're not feeding the neck pain with worry, it will peter out. If you're not feeding the knee pain with overwhelmment and stress, it will peter out.?Oh, that was a good conversation!? ?

?Abraham my question is about physical action. You say that we do not create with action. Can physical manifestations happen without action? And what is the appropriate use of action for a creator? What's a useful perspective for us to hold about physical action when we want to create something? Thank you.??

?This is going to surprise you, maybe even shock you, but it really is the way we would look at this if we were standing in your physical shoes.?Use your action to enjoy what you've created. Use your action to describe it and participate in it and take pleasure from it and speak about it and take pictures of it and take pleasure of it.??

?We know that's almost the reverse of what most humans think action should be. So you act without taking care of your alignment. And then you act to try to fix what you didn't take care of because of your alignment. And then you act to try to solve the problem that you created because you didn't take care of your alignment. And so, most of your action - dear heart humans, we adore you - is putting out the brush fires. Most people use most of their action to try to fix what they didn't do with thought, and with energy flow, and with alignment, and with imagination, and with delegation to the universe.??

?We can hear you out there. Some of you are saying (we've heard it before), "Abraham you teach laziness." We say, we're not teaching laziness, we're teaching enthusiasm. We're not teaching laziness. We're teaching the living of life. We're teaching savoring. We're teaching empowerment. We're teaching utilizing what you've already created.??

?If you want to take the analogy your way, we can play that silly game with you and say to you, lazy human, why do you ever get into your car? Why did you go to the trouble of creating vehicles - planes, trains and automobiles to move you about when you are perfectly capable of navigating around on your own two legs? And of course you wouldn't accept that analogy because there is much productivity and pleasure to be taken from the creation.??

?So create through thought. Create through expectation, which is thought. Create through imagination, which is thought. Create through complementing, through appreciating. Let's change the word "create" for just a moment here to "attract". Attract through the power of aligned thought. And then live with your physical action in the world that you've created and launch more rockets to think about. Let your primary focus be focus, and your secondary be action. And use your action more to enjoy what you've created through focus. That's the way we would play it.??

?When we say life is supposed to be fun, we mean moving your body is meant to feel good to you. It's not meant to be the way that you leverage things. Focus your machines into place. There are things that your physical body can do more efficiently. Enjoy the action of your body. Don't try to create a robot to do what your fingers do better. Don't try to create a robot that thinks when your thoughts do better. Don't worry about artificial intelligence taking over your world because it cannot assume your point of attraction. It can only mimic and regurgitate. It can be a really good search engine but it will not replace your point of attraction.??

?You want to get better at your point of attraction. And you will be better at it when you're not using your action so much in a way that your mind and focus and energy alignment could do better. In other words, show yourself what's productive. And by productive, we mean really good feeling. Show yourself. And then don't ask everybody else to follow what you've shown yourself. You figure it out for you and let others figure it out for them. And you look for things that feel good to you, and find them and savor them and focus upon them regularly and watch what happens in your life experience.??

?Esther followed an inspired action a couple of weeks ago, and the benefits of it just keep barreling in.?Because there is no bottom to your vortex.?You've asked for things that you won't even recognize until they manifest. So use your action, your sight, your see it /hear it /smell it /taste it /touch it to notice and examine and explore what you've created through energy alignment and flow.?You're getting the hang of this. We know you are. This is a deep deep discussion.??
