Gentlemen...
I'm new here and I am reaching out for some advice/help as I have an issue with the combination in the subject line.

The scope turns on fine and I get a horizontal trace. I can position the trace as per normal.
However there is no vertical amplification whatsoever. This occurs in AC as well as DC input mode.
I pulled the power unit from the mainframe and checked the supply voltages, all within spec.

I was careful to pre-charge the inputs whilst measuring the AC component with DC in AC mode.

Any insight would be appreciated. I have the service manuals for both the main frame and vertical plug-in.

Swap with other PU see if issue is in PU or scope

Get 7A26 serv man for your SN, follow usual troubleshooting.
