Hi Everyone,

Hopefully, I can find help here or be directed. The Tektronix 80E04 20GHz TDR module needs sampling diodes. I don't know where to start for such a high frequency device and if it can be replaced due its small size. Please see the following photos to help in researching the defective parts. Thank you.
