Hammond Manufacturing still makes some "classic" filament transformers and I think a few are hipot tested to 4kv.
EG: 185E12. Primary 115/230. Secondary 6.3vac, 4A (in parallel -- 12.6vac 2A center tapped in series). Hipot tested to 4kv.
